Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

Peacefully located house next to beautiful lake. 50 minutes to Stockholm and Arlanda. To Norrtälje City, it is only 7 minutes. The house is next to our villa but is still private. There is a private dock with a rowing boat you can borrow. Three bedrooms, spacious living room and kitchen as well as shower and toilet. Nice view of the water. Private terrace. Nice walking paths and Roslagsleden goes through the village. When you check out, you are responsible for the condition and cleaning being the same as upon arrival. Bring your own bedclothes.

Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Our charming guest cottage is located in a natural beauty area with forests and lakes directly up the corner. Nice hiking opportunities right outside the door. The cottage is about 22 m2 and has a fully tiled bathroom with shower, a simple kitchenette with fridge, freezer compartment, microwave, tile and kettle and kitchen table. There are two beds as well as a sofa bed with a coffee table. Good transport links with bus or car to Uppsala (20 min) and Arlanda (35 min). Only 75 km to Stockholm.
