Beachfront holiday rental in Almería

Andrés is super attentive and kind and although he was on vacation, he was very attentive to us during our stay. The apartment is very nice with fantastic beach views. The only thing I could "complain" about is that when we booked he promised us a welcome basket with beer, but it seems he forgot. Otherwise, everything was great. We would definitely repeat.

The place is magical! From the first moment you can feel at home, it's very cozy, clean, bright. The apartment is very well equipped, you can find everything you need for both a short and very long stay. The location is perfect, close to the sports resort, up to 2 minutes to the beach. The neighborhood is also quiet, yet close to shops and restaurants (both on foot and by car).

A romantic place right on the beach. It feels like you've spent the summer there with the family for decades. If you are looking for modern luxury, you may want to choose a different location. Luxurious here is the place that makes you feel right at home. The decor is personal, cozy and has history. Marta was always reachable. Those who are lucky rarely experience the construction site. We hope that this place will remain for a long time.

Daniel's place has an exceptional view, especially from the bedroom. The description is completely in line with reality and we find all the amenities of everyday life; the apartment is very well stocked; nothing is missing. Daniel was great throughout the stay; he responded very quickly to any questions we had and helped us a lot throughout the stay. We highly recommend their accommodation.

It was a great stay at Amber's. A very nice apartment, everything clean and tidy. Very quiet area, 200 meters to the great beach. Parking right outside the door. Absolute recommendation. We will be happy to come back.

Our stay at Gerrit's was just perfect in every way! Gerrit welcomed us warmly and stayed in touch with us throughout the stay to make recommendations and answer our questions. The house really has everything you need for a quality stay. The location is fabulous for recharging batteries and relaxing. Cabonneras at this time of year is a small haven with the sea a short walk from the house. Thank you again so much Gerrit for EVERYTHING! We had a wonderful week at Alex's villa. Adults and the children all had a brilliant time. Alex has a wonderful Villa in a great location, Playa Mojacar. Lots to do in the area and beyond, great mix of restaurants nearby too. We would definitely stay again if possible.

Stunning location with uninterrupted views of the Med and spectacular sunrises. There are many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The communal pool was great and right outside the gate from the lovely terrace. The rooftop would benefit from loungers, a shade and table and chairs to get the most out of the views including the mountains and the Old town behind. The main bedroom needs a wider bed and better mattress. Good fans in all rooms but one wasn’t working in the small bedroom. Fully functioning kitchen which we utilized for main meals using local produce from the fishmonger and butchers a few steps away. All round lovely week. Thank you Beatriz

My husband and I spend 4 days on Javier’s place, it is very good, with parking, less than 100m from the beach, with lots of restaurants, supermarkets, shops and even automatic laundry facilities close. It’s on 2nd floor with a beautiful view of the pool, gardens and sea. Good bed (we didn’t used the sofa bed) and a kitchen with all you need if want to cook, you only has to bring your food. We enjoyed breakfast at the terrace every day, the WiFi is good and strong to stream your favorite shows and movies. The communication with him it’s very good and respond very fast.

Perfect stay, house is very spacious and is well stocked with everything needed for cooking. Cycling routes are amazing in the area and the large porch area with sun loungers is perfect for chilling afterwards! Can't comment on restaurants and things nearby but it was nice and peaceful in the evenings (in March at least). Wouldn't hesitate to stay again :)

The owner is very friendly and always attentive to everything. The house is just like the photos, spacious, comfortable and nice. I have no complaints, we loved it. It's also very close to the beach, the beach is literally behind the development. You can also walk to a boulevard where there are several restaurants, very comfortable, it is also 1-2 hours from Almería and close to Cabo de Gata and its villages about 30-40 minutes away. My husband and I came to Spain to celebrate our 10th anniversary. Sam and Mats place was incredible! It was in the perfect location with an amazing view. If we felt like staying in, we did not feel like we were missing out especially with the massive terrance and gorgeous views! Such a special place! Everything was very clean and looked just like the pictures! Easy walking distance from the main coastal walk with many shops and restaurants minutes walk away. They also gave the most helpful recommendations for local spots and wonderful restaurants. We had a power outage and they checked on us right before the internet went down and informed us of what was going on. It was a 5 star stay! We loved every minute and really felt like we picked the perfect hidden gem!

The accommodation was excellent, very comfortable and with everything you might need. We'll definitely be back.

Right from accommodating our late arrival with someone to meet us and show us the apartment to allowing us to have a let checkout Soledad Jimenez was the perfect host! The apartment has all the things you need for a comfortable stay right in the heart of Vera Playa. Easy access to the beach and good local restaurants/bars. We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend this apartment.

Amazing place. The garden is very nice for doing a workout or chilling in the sun. The house is very light and spacious The host's father is the neighbor and very friendly, attentive and welcoming. The sea and beach is on a 2 minute walk, groceries a few minutes by car. So it's a perfect place to work from while getting non-work done quick.

The apartment is so well appointed and super clean with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The terrace is absolutely magnificent for breakfasts, dinners and star gazing. The location is so close to the beach and restaurants, bars etc with a mini supermarket across the road. We had a great stay in San Jose and loved the relaxed beach vibes, lovely eateries and cute Spanish square. We spent some of our days just hanging out and mooching about on the beaches and in the town. But it is so worth a very short drive to the beaches Genoveses and Monsul, they are spectacular and so picturesque. The coves nearby are perfect for snorkelling too and you can walk/hike to beaches very easily from the apartment. It’s just a beautiful, off the beaten track spot and we would happily take our family there again. Perfect for young kids, so much adventuring to do that’s very accessible.
