It is at the picturesque village of Svartå . We are close to the Tiveden Nature Park. And directly on hiking , cycling and canoe routes. Mountain-members route is a well-known hiking route of 280 km right along the house. We overlook a lake where you can enjoy fishing no fishing license needed. Swimming boating, canoeing and stand up paddle boarding. Within walking distance a cafe restaurant, supermarket and pastry shop. We are freely in the forest all around. There are also 2 golf courses in the area. EP charging point available for a fee.

Parts of the apartment is newly renovated and contains everything you will need for staying. In the surrounding countryside there are beautiful walking paths. The local bus stops 250 metres from the front door. You will find a lovely lake for swimming 4 kilometres away,and the large town Örebro 40 km away.
