Along the Residential Complex there is the Bolshaya Almaty River. Great mountain view and clean air. 5 minutes walk from the apartment is Mega Center Alma-Ata shopping mall. My flight arrived late but Marat checked me in at 3am without any issues. The apartment fully corresponds with the description and photos. There is everything you need for long-term stays. It was quiet at night and slept like an infant at night. Nearby there are several shops, good dining room, many restaurants for delivery. Good transport accessibility - several public transport stops nearby, bus station. Unless there are few places to walk in walking distance, but I didn't really look for it. Marat was great to hang out with. Overall, I liked everything, I recommend.
