Really enjoyed our stay here, close to everything you need and in an amazing area. Highly recommend!

I had a great stay! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. The location was in a great neighborhood, lots of cafes and restraurant, and also easily accessible by public transportation and also felt very sar. The apartment was in a new building, clean, and very comfortable. The internet worked perfectly. I’d definitely stay here again!

I think I read another review before booking this place that said something like "if you're considering booking this place and it's available, stop considering and just book it now", and I'm inclined to agree. The space itself is beautiful and very much as advertised, and the art on the walls + books in English, Spanish, and French on any and all topics were really nice touches. The loft is on a pretty quiet side street that feels very safe, right above a cute little cafe with a patio on the street, and it's a very short walk to lots of parks/restaurants/galleries/bars/etc. or maybe an hour walk to the heart of downtown or 15ish minutes to the Scalabrini subte station. Just be prepared for lots of stairs, and if the plumbing is ever a little finicky remember that is true basically everywhere you go in Buenos Aires.

Pablo's place is located in front of the Armenians Inmigrantes Square with a dozen of restaurants around. It's walkable to public transportation and many places to drink and eat. It has a lot of space to cook, chill and I even used as a Home Office during my visit. It has everything you need in the kitchen, Aircon and fast internet. The communication with Pablo was great even we did a last minute reservation.

Sofi and Juan were amazing hosts, and their place truly felt like the perfect place to spend a month. They were responsive when I needed to chat with them. The apartment was so cozy and quiet and I felt at home the minute I walked in the door. Thank you for being such great hosts to me!!!

Cute and spacious studio. Near by there is a few bus stop and the subway so easy to move around. Also near Puerto Madero which is great if you want to take the ferry to Uruguay

Great place, better than expected. I’ve stayed in many places around the area and so far this is one of the, if not the best. everything here has been carefully thought to ensure a pleasant stay, ugly many other places that just scramble old stuff, every single detail has been carefully planned, from appliances to decoration, bed is super comfortable and you’ll also get 2 bathrooms for the price of one. open terrace with lounge chairs and tables is a big plus ,laundry appliances provided at no cost. High ceilings and lots of sunlight. looking forward to my next stay here.

This place was beautiful! We really enjoyed coming back here after a long day of walking around the city.

I had a perfect stay in this unique lofted apartment. Located on the 14th floor of a big building, it features a cozy living room, a small but functional kitchen, and a charming balcony on the first level. Upstairs, there's a lofted bedroom with a small desk and a bathroom. The apartment's style is beautiful, and the views of the city are stunning, with plenty of natural light. Even though I only stayed for two nights, it was an amazing experience, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Everything is great! The room is wonderful, very nice bed, great! Everything as described in the listing, great location, very safe and beautiful, the hostess is very kind and dear. I'll definitely be back more often! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a wonderful experience in Buenos Aires!

I was delighted with the place, it really is like in the photos! A spacious and very welcoming duplex! I would definitely come back! Edu, the host, was very helpful with our questions, answered right away, and we had no problems with anything at all! Super recommend!!! I loved spending my birthday in the city!

A very nice place to stay! Great location, quiet and luxurious building, and plenty of space for 1-2 people. The gym and sauna are fantastic, and I would definitely stay here again.

Our hosts were incredible! the apartment truly felt like a home. The neighborhood is peaceful and everything you'd need in the area is walking distance. I loved this area and the apartment so much I never wanted to leave.

It was the second time I stayed in Raquel's space, especially for the service she offers and for the space and location, which has everything a person needs: public transportation, restaurants (including vegans/vegetarians), markets, pharmacies, theatres.....whenever I can, I will return to stay here, highly recommended.

Totally recommended! The apartment is comfortable, cozy and has everything you need to have a good stay. The building is really beautiful. Facu did her best to allow us to check in earlier and greeted us with a very good attitude. In addition, he gave us gastronomic recommendations and was always available for our queries. The location is unbeatable, you can get there without your own vehicle easily and in front of the building there are many options for eating. I would definitely come back. Thank you!

The apartment is comfortable and it was clean. Sufficient kitchen utensils. I had several doubts about the safe and the microwave. Cristian was attentive and resolved both issues promptly. The space is a bit humid because it doesn't get much sunlight, but it was fine for the 26-night stay. Excellent Wi-Fi and plenty of hot water. I especially appreciated the location and the tranquility. It is a very quiet apartment despite being located near a main avenue. Very grateful.

It's a great apartment, very cozy and clean. Beautiful view from the window. All the necessary dishes. Lots of bed linens and towels. A great neighborhood. Very cozy and quiet, but if you walk a little you get to a very busy street with lots of shops and services. Close to many grocery stores and playgrounds.
