Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will find peace and quiet here, the beautiful countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

The charm of Morvan (April-September)

Ideal vacation or teleworking in the middle of the meadows with cows as the only neighbors in Morvan Park. South-facing (stays cool in summer), very bright and spacious. Breathtaking views and quiet guaranteed. Chicken coop available, fresh eggs every day and vegetable plants depending on the season. A grocer comes by on Thursday (meat, cheese), 10 minutes from the thermal baths for massages ⚠️ tenants agree to take care of the chickens ⚠️No children from 1 to 7 years old wood-fired ⚠️heating only

Gîte with idyllic garden one minute from the lake

Vrijstaand stenen huis met grote omheinde weelderige tuin met veel privacy, fijne zithoekjes en prachtig uitzicht over het meer en de omliggende beboste heuvels. Vanuit het huisje loopt u zo naar het strand voor een frisse duik, door weilanden of het bos. Voor de boodschappen is de dichtstbijzijnde stad 13 km. Het huis met houtkachel staat in een klein gehucht bij het Lac de Pannecière in het Natuurpark de Morvan in hartje Bourgogne. Het is er stil, groen en heeft schitterende sterrenhemels.

"Between woods & grove" **** gîte with large garden

☼ WELCOME to the heart of the Nièvre, a green country of white water! The house, typical of the region and cozy atmosphere, has a large equipped kitchen. The vast garden, on the edge of the forest, offers a beautiful panorama of the Nivernais bocage. Linens (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels) are included in the rate and, for your comfort, the beds are made upon arrival. The little extras: 15% discount for any stay of 7 nights minimum and loan of bikes. SEE YOU VERY SOON!

Unusual barrel room

The barrel is an unusual accommodation located in a garden adjoining a stopover lodge. Cocooning is guaranteed in this 12 m² barrel where all the comforts are present (heating, electricity, table, benches). The bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) is located in a building close to the barrels. Sun loungers and garden furniture allow you to enjoy the garden. The infrastructure of the stopover cottage can be used. Breakfast is offered at €10/person and can be booked upon arrival.

Saperlipopette Maisonette

This simple but cozy gîte is located in the heart of the Morvan, where you are surrounded by nature. From the garden, you can look out over the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.) there is a bakery where you can get delicious fresh bread and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddle board. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge in the many routes in the immediate vicinity.

Chez Alexandra & Simba

Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Watch out for the beam at the bedroom level at 1.70 m.

Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Beautiful rustic house, with 1ha of land, a pond (often dry) and many trees. 7 bedrooms, already ideal for a small family or a group such as several families or for wellness seminars (poor wifi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays between adults, it disturbs the neighbourhood too much. A haven of calm and nature. Places of healing, creation, but also conducive to exchanges. Respect for the calm of the hamlet is required.

Bright Tiny House

Enjoy the light due to the big windows. The house offers a moment of peace. With a stroll through the woods and fields of the Morvan, and the benefits of Lake Pannecière. Visit Bibracte and the museum of Vercingétorix, the peaks of the Haut Folin, and the springs of the Yonne. The guests take care of the house, bring their own bedding and do the cleaning themselves. Comfortable cabin for a stay surrounded by nature.

Perfect for a completely disconnected stay or teleworking: a comfortable cabin with stunning views of the Nièvre landscapes. Built in the spring of 2020 with local, new and quality materials to enjoy this beautiful place all four seasons of the year. This small house is 24 m2 inside and has a 15 m2 covered terrace. It is located in complete tranquility away from the road with very little traffic.

Haut Folin Wooden Cottage

On the mountain Haut Folin, on the edge of the forest, there is a wooden cottage... Our chalet is stylishly furnished and offers all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. The equipped terrace with panoramic views of the natural surroundings give you the feeling of freedom and space. It is a paradise for hikers, cyclists and peace seekers where every season has its assets.
