The "La Terrasse du Loir" cottage is private (open since 2021), with a private swimming pool, and not overlooked. The pool and the telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022; it is heated to 29° In 2026: Heated pool from March 27 to November 1, inclusive. In 2027: Heated pool from March 26 to November 1, inclusive. 115m2 cottage + large 24m2 terrace overlooking Le Loir located 2.5kms from the Zoo. Capacity of the accommodation 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 hp).

Ceiling height 1.92 m. Studio for 2 people with all the comforts, located under our quiet veranda. The accommodation overlooks a green pedestrian path. You have a completely independent entrance. Parking is free on the street. 15-minute walk from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and 7 minutes from the Le Mans exhibition center. For motorcycles, the booking is 3 nights min from Thursday to Sunday. For the 24-hour auto and "Le Mans Classic": 4 nights min from Wednesday to Sunday.

In a bourgeois house built in 1884, on the 1st floor without elevator, carefully refurbished apartment, sufficiently equipped so that your only luggage of clothes is enough for you. Composed of a living room/bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Parking spaces available 2mn by transport, 5mn walk. Close to all amenities. We like to hand over the keys to our guests in person. However, after 8 p.m., they can be picked up from the lockbox. Bed linen provided. Extra towel €5.

Charming cozy house of 80 m2, where we can accommodate up to 6 people, very close to the station, with an inner courtyard shared with another accommodation. The house is composed of: • on the ground floor: an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, a dining room and a living room with a sofa bed (firm support) • upstairs: two bedrooms in a row with 1 bed 160 cm, a futon bed 160 cm with high-density mattress topper and a desk.
