The "La Terrasse du Loir" cottage is private (open since 2021), with a private swimming pool and no neighbours overlooking. The pool and the telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022. The pool is heated to 29°C. In 2026: Heated swimming pool from 27 March to 1 November inclusive. In 2027: Heated swimming pool from 26 March to 1 November inclusive. 115m2 cottage + large 24m2 terrace overlooking Le Loir located 2.5kms from the Zoo. Capacity of the accommodation 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 hp).

Large, comfortable studio that can accommodate up to 4 people, perfect for a stay as a couple, with family or with friends. The accommodation features a sofa bed and a bed that can be converted into a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a kettle, a toaster and a microwave. There is also a washing machine available. Linens and towels are provided. You will also have the benefit of a private parking space in a secure car park. There are also free spots on the street.

We are happy to welcome you to the countryside in an old farmhouse converted into a gîte. A friendly place, quiet, with the charm of natural materials. Great for gatherings with family or friends. Pleasant studio located in the center of Le Mans, close to the train station and circuit (10 minutes by public transport or car), at the foot of the tram. Composed of a living room/bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Parking spaces available 2mn by transport, 5mn walk. Close to all amenities. We like to hand over the keys to our guests in person. However, after 8 p.m., they can be picked up from the lockbox. Bed linen provided. Extra towel €5.
