There is also a washing machine available. Linens and towels are provided. You will also have the benefit of a private parking space in a secure car park. There are also free spots on the street.

For motorcycles, the booking is 3 nights min from Thursday to Sunday. For the 24-hour auto and "Le Mans Classic": 4 nights min from Wednesday to Sunday.

Guests can take advantage of Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV. Ideally located close to many shops, grocery stores, pharmacy and historical monuments, it is a perfect choice to explore the city.

Pleasant studio located in the center of Le Mans, close to the train station and circuit (10 minutes by public transport or car), at the foot of the tram. Composed of a living room/bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Parking spaces available 2mn by transport, 5mn walk. Close to all amenities. We like to hand over the keys to our guests in person. However, after 8 p.m., they can be picked up from the lockbox. Bed linen provided. Extra towel €5.

Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
