You will find many activities nearby (sports, relaxation, nature, hiking, etc.). Zoo de la Flèche 20 min away, 25 min from the 24 Hours circuit, 25 min from the 24 Hours and Baugé golf courses, Château du Lude, Le Loir by bike, Lac de Mansigné. Whether you come with your tribe or with friends, you'll feel right at home!

La Terrasse du Loir cottage, 3 km from the La Flèche Zoo

Welcome to La Terrasse du Loir, a 115 m² cottage open since 2021, ideally located by the Loir and about 3 km from the La Flèche Zoo. The property can accommodate up to 12 people: 10 people in the four bedrooms and two additional beds in the living room. The gite, the swimming pool, and all outside areas are exclusively reserved for guests. You do not share the pool with the owners or with other vacationers. The entire property is not overlooked.

Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

We offer outbuildings furnished in our property, with 2 bedrooms, shower room, fitted kitchen, terrace and shared garden You can park your cars/motorcycles in a closed and secure parking lot on the property. Bed linen is provided. Towels. You can access the circuit in 5 min by car. Public transport passes right in front of the house. A barbecue is available for your use.
