Welcome! The apartment with living-bedroom offers space on just under 40 square meters for solo travelers, couples or a small Family. The Allgäu high Alps, cycling and hiking trails, ski lift, toboggan run, bathing lakes and much more are quickly reached. Numerous shopping and refreshments are within walking distance of the apartment. Train station, bus stop and bike rental in the immediate vicinity as well as the underground parking space (only small cars, see 'access for guests') simplify the stay.

Enjoy your time out in this beautiful and cozy apartment with stunning views of the Grünten and the Allgäu mountains. The apartment is very quietly located, in the middle of the Upper Allgäu, with many ski resorts, cross-country ski trails, hiking trails, swimming lakes, racing bike routes and mountain bike trails at your doorstep. The apartment has underfloor heating, fast Wi-Fi, a sofa bed, is spacious with state-of-the-art amenities and parking. Pretzel and roll delivery on request.

Das helle Apartment bietet von zwei Balkonen spektakuläre Aussichten auf die Alpen sowie das Schloß Neuschwanstein. Es liegt direkt am Forggensee (Stausee). The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Family suite with sauna area (XXL family bed)

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

Cozy apartment in nature

Would you like to spend a few relaxing days in nature and the mountains? Then my apartment is just right - it is located in the middle of nature (1.2km to the centre) with a stream right outside the door! From here you can start directly for hiking, biking or other outdoor activities. Modern décor, fully equipped kitchen and fiberglass internet invite you to relax or even work in the apartment. Dream accommodation in the trees with birdsong and leaf rustling in the Augsburg-Westliche Wälder Nature Park for a maximum of 2 adults or families with 2 children. In our high-quality and stylish tree house, which is furnished with a lot of love for detail, you will find an enchanting retreat for rest and relaxation. From the loft bed you can watch the starry sky and the forest animals. A special experience is also our own dairy goats.

Guest accommodation on farm

In our former, newly converted barn, we offer simple but fully equipped 44 square meter accommodation for uncomplicated guests. Our farm is located in a quiet and beautiful environment. We run an organic farm with cows, chickens, horses and cats. Our garden invites you to linger and in case of rain there is a covered seating area. A sofa bed is available for a child, and a travel crib can also be accommodated. Welcome!

Welcome to our appartment on Rottachsee in Petersthal. The appartment has two rooms with about 71 sqm. The whole living area is designed with wooden floors . A well-equipped fitted kitchen with hob , oven, fridge, coffee machine, etc. is available. We recommend the arrival by car, since the nearest train station is about 8 km away and there is no public transport on site!
