If you want to go even further from the climatic health resort of Immenstadt, explore the beautiful Allgäu by bus or train, both of which are within walking distance.

Our house is the perfect base for anyone who enjoys spending time in nature. Here you will find peace and relaxation in the midst of the mountains. A place to feel good. In summer, you can start leisurely hikes right from your front door. With the Bregenzerwald guest card, you can also use all cable cars for free in summer, and admission to the outdoor swimming pools is included. In winter, ski slopes, cross-country skiing trails and beautiful winter hiking paths await you amidst the snowy natural landscape.

Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Einliegerwohnung am Stadtrand von Wangen/Allgäu, direkt an der Wiese, nur 15 Min zu Fuß in die Altstadt. im UG, aber mit Tageslichtfenstern. 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, 1 Wohnküche, 1 eigenes Bad (übern Flur). Sehr ruhig. Parken direkt an der Straße (Sackgasse) vor dem Haus. WLAN, TV. Süd-Ost-Terrasse vor dem Haus. Nur 20 Minuten zum Bodensee per PKW. Ideal auch als Stützpunkt zum Skifahren, Wandern, z. B. Zürs/Arberg 1:15h (110km) / Golm 1:00h (93km) / Oberstaufen 0:30h / St.Gallen 1:00h.

Enjoy your time out in this beautiful and cozy apartment with stunning views of the Grünten and the Allgäu mountains. The apartment is very quietly located, in the middle of the Upper Allgäu, with many ski resorts, cross-country ski trails, hiking trails, swimming lakes, racing bike routes and mountain bike trails at your doorstep. The apartment has underfloor heating, fast Wi-Fi, a sofa bed, is spacious with state-of-the-art amenities and parking. Pretzel and roll delivery on request.

House on the lake with sauna

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

Modern apartment right on the Lech. The apartment consists of a modern kitchen , a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet, and an entrance area with a cloakroom. The apartment is set back in the courtyard/garden or on the Lech and completely on the 2nd floor. Above the Lech you can enjoy a romantic view of the former monastery of St. Mang and the High Castle at your feet. Shopping, strolling, dining out... possible without transportation.

Country house in Allgäu

Old farmhouse in the middle of the Allgäu Alps, lovingly renovated with modern comforts. The location of the vacation apartment is the ideal starting point for nature lovers and leisure sports enthusiasts. The cable car to the Buchenberg is only 150 meters away. Restaurants and a supermarket are within 5 minutes walking distance. Neuschwanstein Castle can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Gas barbecue Grill are available free of charge.

Favorite place with sauna area for cold days

You will stay in the attic of our newly built farmhouse. The whole house is a vacation farm with 3 residential units. The apartment is modernly furnished with individual accents from the past. A small balcony with magnificent views of the Allgäu Alps completes our “favorite place.” There is a sauna in the house. It can be used and invites you to relax on cold autumn and winter days.

Auf'm Hof - Hase vacation home

In our apartment Hase you will find space for 2 people in the dining-living-sleeping area. Optionally, a baby crib can be placed. Would you rather sleep in your own room or travel with more than 2 adults? Feel free to take a look at our Fox - our other apartment. With a spacious bathroom and a balcony with wonderful views of the mountains, you can relax wonderfully.
