The proximity to Munich and the nearby S-Bahn [suburban railway] with a direct connection is perfect for your vacation. As soon as you enter the high-quality apartment, you will feel comfortable. TONI has been built to a very high quality and impresses with underfloor heating in all rooms, high-quality, eco-certified vinyl floors and high-quality tiles. From this quiet, centrally located accommodation, you are only about 10 minutes' walk from the city center, or even from the train station, for example. The apartment with about 120 m² of living space is located on the 2nd floor of a two-family house. There is a bedroom with a double bed 1.80 m x 2 m and in another room a box spring bed with 1.4 m x 2 m. In addition to the spacious bathroom, there is a guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped (see photos). Free street parking is available.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Stylish, renovated old building apartment in the heart of the old town of Freising, 5 min to the train station with bus connection to Munich Airport and S-Bahn/ train connection to Munich city center. The apartment is in the middle of the old town in a barely busy alley with a separate entrance. The apartment was renovated in 2018 with soundproof windows, new heating, bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. Full kitchen equipped with fridge, two hotplates, coffee maker, kettle and cooking utensils.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind.
