Unique Dutch Miller’s House

This is a rare opportunity to stay in a traditional Miller's House located on the same property as an authentic 1632 Dutch Windmill. This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. This cabin was hand built with love & care and it is a pleasure to share it with guests from all around the world. As the Miller of this windmill, I enjoy giving my guests a complimentary tour whenever possible.

De Klaver Garage

De Klaver garage is een privé verblijf in rustige straat in het centrum, met gratis parkeerplek voor de deur. Aan het noordhollandskanaal, op steenworp afstand van het oude centrum en winkelstraten, vele gezellige restaurants en bars, het stadspark om de hoek en treinstation en supermarkt zijn in de buurt. Ook het strand, de duinen en Amsterdam zijn makkelijk te bereiken. Alles is volledig nieuw en van alle gemakken voorzien. De perfecte uitvalsbasis om Alkmaar en omgeving te ontdekken.

With great enthusiasm, we renovated our old Mansion and restored it to its original state. On the bell floor, we have created an apartment that we are now renting out. The house is in a lively neighborhood a 5 minute walk to the city center and at 4 minutes walk to the train station from where you can be at Amsterdam Central Station within 34 minutes. The apartment was recently renovated with a lot of attention and equipped with all comforts, completely for your own use with balcony.

Cozy home under the mill.

House of 100 years old is located under the mill and is cozy and comfortable. A five-minute walk and you are in the center of Alkmaar. Rent a boat and see Alkmaar from the water. In the street behind the cottage is a nice, large playground, the "OKB". The bus stops in front of the door. Paid parking in the area and opposite the house. Free parking within walking distance. Center: a 5-minute walk Beach: 30 minutes by bike/15 minutes by car Two bicycles for use at the cottage.

Completely new modern, luxury Lodge with sauna. Enjoy the tranquility and space from the living room and the terrace with unobstructed view of the mill. Relax in your private sauna and cool off outside on the terrace. Incl. use of bath towels and bathrobes. Within walking distance, you can order food from the Restaurant de Molenschuur. The Lodge is close to the center of Alkmaar and the beach of Bergen or Egmond. Also enjoy hiking in the dunes in Schoorl.

This spacious apartment (72 m2) with a sunny balcony is a stone's throw from the historic city centre and the famous cheese market. Parking is free throughout the neighborhood and two city bikes are available to explore the area. If you have an electric bike, you can safely store it in the locked storage room (on request). - Train station: 15 min. walk - City centre: 8 minutes by bike - Beach : 10 min. by car - Amsterdam: 35 min. by train or car

The house was lovingly renovated with a new kitchen, a modern bathroom, and antique details for a luxurious yet charming feel.

A fairytale cottage on the water in an oasis of peace. Enjoy a glass of wine or hot chocolate on the wooden veranda by the fireplace with fantastic views over the polder. Explore the authentic picturesque villages nearby with the coziest restaurants. This cottage is located at the back of a farm, in the middle of a nature and bird area in Noord-Holland, 30 minutes from Amsterdam. Close to Alkmaar, Amsterdam, Hoorn and the beach at Egmond aan Zee.

Wi-Fi, private parking, 4 free bicycles, tranquility, key safe for self check-in. TOURIST TAX €2.85 p/p/p/n, will be settled afterwards via a payment request. You enter the apartment through the hall with toilet. The bathroom is adjacent to the master bedroom. Through the last door you enter the spacious living room with kitchen. In the living room is the staircase to the second floor where the "children's" bedroom is with a headroom of 180 cm.
