Fantastic regionalist style mansion early twentieth century, recently restored, has a ground floor, first floor and attic, settling around two courtyards, one central and one rear. Downstairs are the living room of 45 m2., Cheerful kitchen and a bathroom on the first floor are four bedrooms, one with dressing room, and two bathrooms and finally in the attic is a bedroom with bathroom and access to a terrace of 40 m2. As sample materials, features hardwood flooring in higher plant floor and marble tiling in the bathrooms. Regarding your comment that facilities are of extreme comfort: water radiator heating and air conditioning units hot and cold in all units with separate thermostats (9 pcs.) Es una magnífica vivienda de 80 metros cuadrados ubicada en una casa palacio del siglo XVIII que fue rehabilitada hace 10 años para convertirla en 6 viviendas.

El apartamento está en el Arenal de Sevilla, localización excelente. A escasos minutos andando de la Catedral y el Alcázar, y muy cerca de restaurantes. Como no vivo en Sevilla, Maria se encargará del check in. Explicará y resolverá todas las dudas. Debido a la normativa, os pedirá información para identificaros. Normalmente el check in es desde las 3 pm y el check out hasta las 11 am, pero intento ser flexibles.

If you’re walking you’ll be in ten minutes in Spain square.
