Holiday rentals with a patio in Aljarafe

The location is perfect! The apartment has everything you need. The bedroom is so spacious and airy! The balcony is an added bonus! We loved our stay here and would stay again when returning to Sevilla. Ignacio was so helpful and responsive! The best trip! Stay and fall in love with Sevilla!

We had a fantastic stay at Gracia’s! Stefan was very personable, super helpful, and proactive with recommendations. He went out of his way to book us tickets for the Flamenco and delivered them to us whilst we were out and about doing touristy things. The apartment was very spacious, very clean, with plenty of amenities and the air con and fans came in handy for those 40°+ days! Sleeping was comfortable and peaceful and the showers were powerful with no problems getting hot. The location was great, just off the main strip so quiet but close to everything we needed - everything you need within a ten minute walk. Sevilla was beautiful, the food was delicious and very reasonably priced and coming from the London this was a very nice, welcomed surprise 😆 Thank you for the stay

Un piso muy bonito, perfecto para pasar unos días, super ordenado y super limpio. Tenía todo lo necesario y no lo falba de nada. Mariajose es una persona muy atenta y estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Muy recomendable.

Appartamento in pieno centro storico, a 10 minuti a piedi da tutti i siti da visitare. Pulito, ampio e perfetto per le nostre necessità. L'unico problema è stato il fatto di non avere più giorni da trascorrere a Siviglia!! Pilar molto veloce ed attenta nelle comunicazioni. Guillermo tanto carino e disponibile a dare informazioni. Ritorneremo!

True home away from home ! The place is well designed to the smallest detail, very clean and welcoming. Amazing location and close to the market. If you want to live like local - can’t miss this one, wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again !

Excellent communication with Veronica. The place is as described or just like the photos. Multiple grocery stores in the neighborhood, Aldi is walking distance. The location is close to downtown by car but Veronica provides information for public transport as well. Also she has a good list for things worth seeing.

Great apartment for 4 persons or a family. There are 2 bedrooms one on ground floor (might be very noise during the night). I would recommend bringing ear plugs for a peaceful sleep. The host was very friendly and allowed us to leave luggage before checkin time. I would book again without hesitation.

I totally recommend this place if you want to visit Seville. the bus station is 2 min walk, the house is very nice and clean, you can find everything you need inside. Veronica is very friendly and gives very good recommendations.

Great hosts and a great place to stay. We have a large family, and had room for all the kids! Great walking distance to everything in town! The air conditioning works well which is important in Sevilla. Simple, yet clean and hosts were great. I highly recommend!!!

logement propre et spacieux , proche de Seville. Isabel est une hote tres reactive et l arrivée autonome est apreciable. chambres confortables( un peu trop passante coté rue pour nous qui venons de la campagne😉) . merci pour ce beau sejour

We stayed for 6 nights and the house is beautiful, very clean and looks very new. 3 good size double bedrooms with lots of wardrobe space. We were 5 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us. The area is nice and quiet and there are shops, cafes and restaurants within a short walk. We had a lovely time in the house and Salvador and Marina were at the end of a phone when we had a question. I'm sure we will return thank you. All in all we had an excellent experience.

Daniel’s place was perfect! We were right in the center of old Seville. The location was exemplary. The local cuisine was marvelous. Daniel’s apartment is gorgeous. All the rooms were perfectly clean, and the colors of each room really gave us a sense of being distinct but traditional. All the amenities were as described and were in excellent condition. Daniel even made sure we had cold water in the fridge on arrival, a complimentary wine bottle that we enjoyed. Lastly, the view from the 2 leveled roof was straight out of a movie I wish I could give this listing 10 stars! I would definitely come back! Thank you for everything!

Lovely place

L'appartement de Marilo est très joli, propre et cosy, on s'y sent très bien. Le bonus est le jacuzzi, très appréciable après une journée de visite dans Séville qui est située à seulement une dizaine de kilomètres (compter environ 25min en voiture) Marilo est une hôte aux petits soins, très à l'écoute et disponible. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, merci à Marilo!

Gran sitio!

Notre séjour était vraiment top ! le airbnb est spacieux, complet et rempli de gentilles attentions. une grande cuisine, un grand séjour, il y a un ressenti de comme à la maison. La cours extérieure est un vrai plus ! Le mercadona est juste derrière pour les courses c’est parfait. de l’autre côté de la route de l’essence, et surtout à 10 min en voiture de Séville. de quoi profiter de la ville en journée et se reposer au calme le soir. Merci encore !

Perfect place to stay ! Close to everything

Acogedor piso con todas las necesidades. Carolina me atendió siempre al momento y estuvo muy pendiente. Elegi la ubicación porque me quedaba cerca del trabajo pero acerté porque es perfecto para descansar y estar tranquilo. Volvería a elegirlo.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement d’Isabel. Idéalement situé, frais et impeccablement entretenu, il offre tout le confort nécessaire. Isabel est une hôte prévenante et attentive, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement à tous ceux qui recherchent un lieu agréable et bien situé.

El apartamento está muchísimo mejor que lo que describe, está súper cerca de la playa, es muy amplio, camas muy cómodas, tiene todo lo necesario para sentirte en casa con todas las comodidades. Hemos viajado 3 amigas con nuestros pequeños de 4 y 5 años y puedo decir que es ideal para los pequeños, super seguro, comodo, porque tiene espacio exterior para jugar dentro de la casa. El aparcamiento dentro de residencial a pie del apartamento lo ha hecho que sea de matrícula de honor, con niños peques todo lo que sea facilidades se agradece. La anfitriona nos dejó una cesta de bienvenida maravillosa pensada en el tipo de viajeros que éramos y los niños encantados. Además ha sido super flexible en la salida, con lo que he ls podido disfrutar el día de salida en la playa hastaa tarde que hemos salido. Sin duda el año próximo volveremos a repetir en nuestra escapada de madres y yo además vendré con mi marido, pues me voy enamorada del apartamento y lo gentil de la anfitriona.
