Beachfront holiday rental in Alimos

For us, it was one of the best trips ever😌 even though we had only 4 days in Athens, it immediately felt like home🤗 can’t wait to go back🤭🙏

Fofi was an amazing host, always friendly, responsive, polite, proactive and accommodating. A joy to have Fofi as a host. The place was beautiful and with a perfect location. Thank you Fofi!!!!

The view is superb, lovely terrace, super clean and amenities are perfect. One advise, no heavy luggage as there are some stairs leading to the building. Highly recommended!

Place was clean and tidy, many extra things were available like coffee, beach mats and other things that came in handy. The owner was responsive and very friendly Highly recommend staying here

Perfect stay. Great location with sea view. Right in the Centre of Glyfada. A few minutes walking from main shopping street with restaurants and bars around. Veronica was very responsive and helpful. Clean and spacious one bedroom with small balcony off the living room and bedroom. Would stay again.

On the 3rd floor in building w/ elevator access. Loved the balcony overlooking bustling area. A small studio with lots of amenities. The kitchen is well supplied. Andreas told us of some current construction next door, but we are always up and out early and missed most of it. And they were done early each day as he ensured us. The washing machine was a plus. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. Good wifi. Shopping is across the street. Mass transit is very convenient. The area felt very safe. Nice cafes close by and free beaches. If Glyfada is in our next visit to Greece, I would definitely stay here again.

This place is beautiful. It has a beautiful view of the waters. The location is close to a grocery store, gas station and restaurants. It’s very private. It has lots of Space and most of the rooms have balconies to enjoy your views and coffee in the morning. The host and hostess are very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed to have a peaceful stay. I recommend this place to large families or groups of people who are looking for a relaxing stay with beautiful views.

Host was very friendly and responsive and made us feel at home from the moment we checked in. The place was very beautiful, clean and we had a great time.

Immensely enjoyed our time at Ketty's place. We did not have a car but could quickly walk to beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores. The home itself is well loved and it shows in the cleanliness and decor and thoughtful touches. We particularly loved all of the outdoor seating and the outdoor fireplace for grilling. It's also kid-friendly and our boy had a wonderful time exploring the grounds and cleaning leaves and olives out of the pool :)

We had a fabulous stay at Nasos’s villa! Everything we needed for a peaceful, adult family holiday was provided from start to finish. The setting was quiet, beautiful, and incredibly relaxing, a perfect escape if you’re looking to get away from it all. We hardly even felt the need to visit the beach because the pool and outdoor space were so inviting. The hammock was especially popular. We also appreciated the thoughtful little treats left for us by the housekeepers upon arrival, such a warm welcome! Nasos was a fantastic host. He personally dropped off grocery essentials at the start of our stay and was attentive and helpful throughout, even assisting us with arranging transfers from Athens since we chose not to rent a car. Thank you so much, Nasos—it was truly lovely to meet you. We’d be more than happy to stay again in the future. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ, Nasos!

Beautiful apartment overlooking the sea. Close to great restaurants. Very welcoming host.

We loved the private location, very peaceful by the pool, lots of sitting areas in the shade or sun. Plenty of pool items and kids stuff, loved the playground and trampoline. Turtles wonder the property. Beautiful views. As described it’s at the top of a hill, 15 min walk down. Groceries can be driven up by the sellers. Food can be delivered. Taxis we found worked easily with Uber taxi. Lots of entertainment tv, DVDs, etc we didn’t use but they’re there. : ) Overall we loved it, and Thanos was a helpful and communicative host. He has a good manual with lots of suggestions to make your stay easy to plan!

Absolutely loved my stay here — highly recommend! From the moment I arrived, Chrisoula made me feel right at home with the warmest welcome at check-in. The suite was spotless and recently renovated, featuring gorgeous ceiling lights that were even better in person than in the photos! The patio offers a peek at the ocean, yet the location still feels tucked away enough to enjoy privacy and quiet. You’re steps from a beautiful beach and just beside a chic beach club with great restaurant options. Even McDonald’s is only a 10-minute walk if you’re craving something quick. Whether you want to relax on the beach right outside your door or explore the nearby clubs and restaurants, this place has it all. I’ll definitely be booking again in the future. Very good host to help us as we are first time to Greece /Athens , and provide many support after our car place took by police as we park in the wrong place . Free for early check in help us a lot and no waster of time as have tight schedule. Will try to book again in next trip

All I can say is WOWZA! What a beautiful apartment. The photos do not do it justice. It was right across from the beach and the views of the water were stunning. We loved that the walls open up to extend the patio even further. It's a beautiful feature of the house. To be honest, I didn't want to leave the apartment to go to the beach!

Excellent stay. The apartment is perfect, close to the sea and a lively street where there are shops, bars and restaurants. Athens is easily accessible by bus. Lia and her husband are quality hosts who were able to give us all the information and advice in advance to prepare for our stay. Many thanks to them.

The place is exactly as described and pictured. Everything is an easy walk and the restaurants are great. I would recommend %1000.

We had the time of our life and Foteini was very helpful, no matter what time, she alvast reacted very quickly. The appartment was very beautiful and clean, and there were a lot of extra's. At our request Foteini organised the transfer from and to the airport. When we arrived, there was a surprise bottle of wine and a very sweet card because of the 70th birthday of my husband. We felt at home immediately. We also loved the beautiful decoration of the appartment. Foteini, thank you for everything!

We stayed 3 nights to relax and do a day cruise in the middle of a busy Europe trip. We found the place spacious for our family of 4 including 2 large teenage boys. The host was there to welcome us and allowed an early check in. The building didn’t have a “4” on it but was across from “7”. The space in near a good supermarket and a few food restaurants. You can walk about 20 min for more options or take a quick uber taxi to a zone of a top notch restaurants. We did the all day cruise out to 3 islands and would recommend. Home was very clean, AC worked well, good hot water and pressure. There is an issue with water on the floor of both showers spreading across the whole bathroom. I found best thing to do was not put a towel down, finish shower, usher most of the water into the drain with my foot, then put towel down. There are narrow stairs that navigate between the 2 floors and to get to kitchen and 1 bathroom. It was fine but just something to be prepared for. The v

Exceptional accommodation in Glyfada, with only 200m distance from the local beach for a dip and 10’ walk to all the local restaurants and shops. The apartment was great with all the essentials for guests, with the bed being perfect and the balcony is the highlight of the property.
