Easy to reach on paved roads, central to explore: just over an hour to Florence, Siena. 40 minutes to Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Volterra. Many villages are a stone's throw away. The villa enjoys utter tranquillity and privacy but not remote. Views as far as the Apuan Alps. Fully enclosed gardens are ideal for kids. Private swimming pool (14m x 7m, 1.5m deep) open mid April to October. A built in barbecue by the furnished outdoor dining area facing the pool for your al fresco meals with a view!

Villa di Geggiano – Guesthouse

The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Church of the Vaioni

An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni is immersed in the Tuscan countryside just minutes from the city.

Cozy 90-square-meter apartment with a beautiful view of the countryside on the second and top floors (no elevator) of a recently renovated old building. Two double bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, a study, two bathrooms, one with a shower, and a storage room. Exclusive use of a beautiful terrace (not on the apartment floor). A few minutes' walk and you will be in the center of the lively village of Palaia, where you will find small shops for shopping, restaurants, pubs and a bar.
