Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Alhambra

Place was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Definitely would book again. Only thing is the neighbors could be a little nosy at times.

Jason was kind, responsive, and super flexible with my check-in time and date. The apartment itself was super clean and in a cute neighborhood. The only thing to be aware of is the wifi isn't super strong; since my friend and I stayed for a festival, we weren't home most of the time so this was not an issue for us but may be for those who are working remotely. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely place with a very homey feel to it. It's one of two airbnbs at the building, but they are fully separated. Everything was as described, and the hosts were super communicative. Its a great deal, given there is laundry and parking onsite, they allow pets, and its a fully livable unit in a comfortable suburban neighborhood.

My stay here was lovely and I would book again if I have any events in the future! It was easy to access and I felt safe. Everything looked exactly like the pictures and what it listed, I love that it felt homely. There is street parking available if you have a car, I didn’t have any problem finding a parking. Host and their team are very responsive and helpful. They make sure that you are feeling comfortable and that if you have any issues or concerns, make sure you reach out to them. Definitely recommend ☺️

The place was in the heart of the city, surrounded by lots of restaurants and things to do. It’s a very cozy place for a small family to use. The host was very responsive to resolve the addressed concerns.

Host of this place was great at communication prior to stay. Place was nice and was easy to access. It was a great location for two people to stay at. Was close to a lot of Asian food options!

The location is super convenient, close to lots of great restaurants, shops, and other local spots. It felt very safe, which we really appreciated. The host was also incredibly responsive and accommodating, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and would love to come back again!

Michelle’s place was very peaceful and quiet and the host was very nice and communicative also was very responsive when we had questions the place was very spacious and clean and the check in went very smooth even let us check in a little earlier we enjoyed staying here we look forward to coming back and would recommend to anyone who is looking for nice place to stay while visiting

Very cute place. Very basic accommodations . It suited our needs just fine for an overnight stay. Alvin and Sean were very responsive to all my questions, even when we got in late around midnight!Recommend written listing of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, AC in every room on the website. Also would’ve been nice to have had another mirror other than just the bathroom. Would stay here again !

We had an amazing weekend! We had our micro wedding here and everyone said they wished it was their home. The space was beautiful to begin with and easy to add personal touches to the backyard for the wedding. Unexpected Bonus: There was a simple wooden arch already in the backyard too that we added fabric and flowers to. Everything about the space was well equipped and comfortable. Would recommend for families wanting a personal and private place for a space to celebrate. Erica is an amazing host! Super responsive and proactive- will make you feel at ease. Can’t say enough how wonderful the space and the weekend was for my family and I!

It is a great place to stay, especially considering getting a private space for your group, the safe parking spot for your car etc. The place is very similar to described in the listing and was very clean, with all the basic amenities needed for one's stay. One thing to keep in mind, it is towards the east side of LA and if you are planning to visit LA as a tourist, then all the tourist spots is a bit of drive from here. But overall, great experience.

The airbnb was very clean, easy to find and easy gate and door security. I would recommend Kings place to family or friend. I even had to reserve for an extra day and that was very easy and I received a quick approval.

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends
