Frankly, the view is everything. Nice and spacious apartment, as well as being in a very quiet environment. Although they told us to bring our toiletries, I think it would have been a little more thoughtful to have left a comfort or a little soap to wash your hands when you arrive. A tiny detail, but a highly valued one. The rest, all wonderful.

Claudio's apartment is great starting for the view from the balcony. The decor is very welcoming and everything is very clean. The kitchen is very complete, it has everything you need for 5 people. The bedrooms are fine, especially the main bedroom that has a breathtaking view. The condominium has access to a very attractive beach. Although it is public it is quite private because access is not easy. The sector where the apartment is located is somewhat distant from the village, restaurants and commerce, which ensures a relaxed stay away from the noise. I recommend arriving by car to have access to these points expeditiously. The condominium is new which ensures that the apartment and facilities are in perfect condition. Claudio provided us with very good quality towels. Claudio was very nice and attentive to every detail. She was always attentive to our requests. All in all , it's a stay I recommend.

Ms. María Eugenia is very kind and cordial, always attentive, giving advice to go out and see the surroundings, which are very beautiful, and giving information on where to eat at a good price. The house is very cozy, just like the photos, very clean. The courtyard is large, many cars fit, but the place that is next to the apartment is very cozy and intimate, special for sharing with family. In short, the place is highly recommended and above all, the conversation with Mrs. María Eugenia was very relaxed and cordial, we were delighted with her.

Nicole's apartment is super comfortable and pleasant, well located, with a nice view and easy to get to. Nicole was always attentive to our questions and was very kind at all times, we will definitely return, everything was 10/10

Julio is an excellent host, the apartment is beautiful and the location even better. The only negative is the doorman who was in the access to the beach, a very ill-behaved older gentleman,even rude to us.Ademas the condominium is not pet friendly,just because of that, the stay was not ideal. Very nice apartment, well maintained, very clean, nice decoration, everything working. The place is quiet, with a very large pool (we went in winter so we didn't use it) but from the apartment, you can see the installation. Norma is very attentive, responds and solves problems quickly. We had a problem with Netflix, but she solved it immediately. Add that it is on the 3rd floor without stairs. We'll definitely be back.

Beautiful apartment, comfortable and very well maintained. Everything was impeccable and with a very harmonious energy that makes you feel at home from the first moment. The view is excellent, and the natural environment surrounding the building with forests and lots of vegetation, gives it a unique and very special touch. What's more, it's strategically located: close to everything you need (shops, services), but far enough away from the noise to enjoy absolute peace and quiet. Definitely a place I'd like to go back to. Highly recommended!

We loved it, the same apartment as the photos and description, José was very kind and was always super attentive to our inquiries, 100% recommended, we went with our children and the safety of the windows and balcony gave us a lot of peace of mind!

The apartment is just as it appears in the photos. The ocean view dining room is great, it is very well equipped with everything necessary for a stay of 4-6 passengers. The kitchenware is very complete and also has a coffee machine (which we did not use, but nice that it is) and a bottled water dispenser that saved us because there was just a pipe problem in the building during our stay and we were able to use that water while the administration people fixed the problem. The TVs in the rooms run smoothly with cable TV, but they are not smart TVs. The mattresses on the beds could be renovated, the one in the master bedroom is already in decline. The wifi works fine. The building has an elevator for people with reduced mobility, but it only worked on request with reduced hours until 4pm, after the second day of consulting the staff. The temperate pool on the premises did not work while we were. Rest of the pristine enclosure.

The place has a perfect organization and decor, and it has everything , the truth is a good thing to go for a vacation in carob and a very cozy place to stay apart from everything that can be done within the grief .

Excellent location, very quiet place and close to the beach. Ideal for couples or for relaxing on your own. Everything is clean and well-equipped. Very homely and a unique view. The jar is simply a marvel. Maria Teresa is very kind and attentive to any request. We went to celebrate 9 years of relationship, and we were happy with the choice.

The Dpto is beautiful, has all the comforts to spend a few relaxing days, there is no bully, they are all very respectful and the green areas are fantastic to go walking with children
