It is a very well located apartment in the hotel area just 15 minutes from the airport. Very accessible to take the bus on the Kukulcan boulevard that takes you all over the hotel area, and a beautiful view.

My family and I planned a small 4 day vacation in Cancun and we were looking for a comfortable, clean, budget-friendly Airbnb with certain specs like a washer/dryer and air conditioning amongst other things. We came across Manuel’s listing and it was the perfect place for us. After we booked, Manuel was quick to reach out to welcome us and offer any instructions or details we needed. He also helped us save time finding a rental car as he provided the option to rent one out from him. When we arrived the place was clean and just like the photos. Meeting Manuel in person was a very pleasant experience, he is an extremely friendly, welcoming, easygoing guy who helped us plenty even when our vacation didn’t go as smoothly as we had hoped. 10/10 would recommend this listing and host.

Very nice apartment and very clean, the area is beautiful to rest and relax, very clean pool and a lot of security to feel very good.

A very good place to have a family atmosphere, private and very quiet. The private is very safe, you have to pass two exaggeratedly safe filters, when we arrived we had problems with the QR code due to problems with its application, but Víctor was useful to look for the solution to the problem quickly, everything else was excellent, as described. Great for getting there by car

Great place to stay, quiet neighborhood, the apartment is comfortable and there are several places nearby. Communication with Luis was very prompt and friendly at all times.

The place is beautiful, there is an Oxxo very close and it is very close to the hotel area and the railway exits if you plan to go out to Isla Mujeres. The area is quiet and the apartment is very well kept, everything works and complies with what is indicated. The manager was always on the lookout for any issues. Just as a suggestion, it would be great to have a little more tupperware or refractory containers for cooking.

the house is excellent, Mrs. Ania is always super friendly,attentive at all times,the bathrooms are impeccable with clean,a shopping center fences ,in general ,everything was excellent ,thank you and of course I would stay in that house again 🤗

Nela’s place isn’t just beautiful but also very practical. It’s very close to the activities on the hotel zone but still in a private and quiet part of the zone. Nela is super helpful and always goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and asking about your experience. Nela is also very generous with advice when asked. It was a pleasure staying at Nela’s beautiful place and we will definitely visit again very soon.

Irina is very kind, friendly and charismatic. They are a world family so they perfectly understand the needs of the users of their apartment, making the stay pleasant, as if you were at home with a large pool and gym. We are very grateful to her as this part of the trip was something we no longer worried about because of the responsibility she had with us. We will be back soon! 😊

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Cancun! The check-in process was seamless and hassle-free, which made our arrival super easy. The condo looked exactly like the photos—stylish, clean, and very comfortable. One of the best parts about this place is the location. It’s central to everything in Cancun—whether you’re looking to explore the beaches, restaurants, shopping areas, or nightlife, everything is just a short drive or walk away. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent, we found it very practical, shops and restaurants very close, the pools and Laguna very nice.

Had a great stay in Eva's airbnb which was family friendly. We loved the pool was was heated and clean as well as the wildlife. The apartment was clean, perfect for our family with travel cot available. Overall we recommend

Eric was super responsive and helpful, and check-in was easy with clear instructions. Private parking was a nice bonus. Best place I’ve stayed in the Hotel Zone—definitely coming back!

I was honestly stunned by the place. It looks exactly like the picture even better if I may say. Easy to get in & clean and comfortable i just felt like home. Wifi is quick The reception desk are amazing & the rooftop is top notch. Will definitely recommend ! The host are lovely too i was amazed how she was responding & very helpful.
