Nice beatiful studio 30sqm in the 1 floor in my old private town house built in 1905. Walking distance to the famous Ålesund City center with its jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla. A must for all tourists. 3 min with the bus to the harbour and city center. 10 minutes walk to the seaside where you could take a swim at the beach or go for fishing. Bus stop just outside the house. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer in the basement. Close to the NTNU.

Huset ligger sentralt til, med kun 15 minutter til Vigra lufthavn og 20 minutter til Ålesund sentrum. Relax in this exciting villa with a gorgeous view, free jacuzzi, sauna, opened kitchen, mini jungle, large garden, boat house, ping-pong table, darts, swing, SUP paddle (only in summer) and barbecue for a relaxing stay in Ålesund city! Parties not allowed. Due to the price of electricity, if you want to use the sauna, a supplement of 200 nok per session will be asked.
