You live within walking distance to the fast boat dock and it takes only 10 minutes until you are in the center of Ålesund. Short walk to Langevåg city centre where you will find the Devold factory with outlet stores, cafes, and artisans. There's electric car charging. Close to sports facilities, outdoor park and hiking trail. And you have Sulafjellet not far away with a built up mountain trail and many different hiking destinations. Excellent starting point for day trips throughout the region.

Great house with its own quay and boathouse. The property also has its own outdoor sauna. Lots of equipment that can be used such as bicycles, pizza oven in the boathouse, fire pan by the lake, including a boat (6 hp). The house is otherwise fully equipped with everything you need. Short distance to Molde, the Atlantic Road, Trollstigen and Geiranger. Here you will find peace and a good atmosphere for everyone. Good parking space. We have two other boats that can be rented. One is a 16-foot with 25 hp and the other is a 17-foot Buster X bowrider with 70 hp. See pictures
