The apartment itself located on the 7th floor and has a lovely view - there is an elevator in the building. The apartment contains kitchen, living room w/sleeping alcove, hallway, toilet and bathroom - Bathroom equipped with shower doors, fittings with washbasin, washing machine and dryer. The wagon is idyllically located with a good view. 10 minutes by car from Ålesund city centre, 16 by bus. 1/2 minute to the fjord where sea water can rent a rowboat by agreement. Within walking distance you have Atlanterhavsparken, Tueneset with beach, trails, gaps and fire pit as well as bunkers from World War II. You can walk up to Sugarloaf from here. Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. The apartment is nice both for singles, as well as up to 2 couples.

Close to bus stop if you want to go to the mountains or out to the sea. There is free parking in the street, but we have to register guest parking so we must receive a registration number of your car before you arrive.
