Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Alby-sur-Chéran

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in Annecy. Der Zugang zur Wohnung und der Tiefgarage sind erstmal ein wenig kompliziert, aber die Fotos und Videos sind dabei sehr hilfreich

Lucie was very kind and helpful, and she has the most beautiful apartment. She gave us a good lot of tips for exploring annecy in the limited time we have. She even waited for us by the front door to help us check in

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet (vor allem auch die Küche) und sie liegt in einem ruhigen, entspannten Wohngebiet. Der Balkon und die Aussicht sind natürlich super und Nathalie war eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Annecy und die Gegend hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

We hebben het fantastisch gehad in de accommodatie van Kenji. Bij aankomst hebben we de sleutel overhandigd gekregen van zijn vader. Een enorm vriendelijke man en gaf geweldige tips over de omgeving. Bij vertrek waren we mijn zoontje zijn knuffeltje vergeten. Werd gelijk gebeld en het knuffeltje werd naar de auto gebracht. Echt super! Raad deze accommodatie aan iedereen aan en als we nog eens Annecy zouden bezoeken kom ik weer langs, bedankt 😊

le logement correspond totalement au descriptif: bien agencé, au calme dans un environnement d'exception!. et Janet est des plus accueillantes, gentille et prévenante. nous en garderons un très bon souvenir.

Very nice, well kept place, kitchen equipped with everything necessary: pots pans, coffee maker, electric kettle, fridge, dishwasher. Close to everything, and with a bus stop very close by. It is on a third floor but I did not mind because that also meant privacy and being noise free. Will recommend!

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement proposé à L’Etage du gîte, parfaitement rénové avec des matériaux de qualité et une décoration très soignée. Le logement est très propre, très confortable et offre un calme absolu et une magnifique vue sur les montagnes. Les hôtes sont au petits soins, donnant des instructions précieuses et des recommandations agréables afin de profiter des bonnes adresses aux alentours. Nous séjournerons à nouveau avec plaisir à Lathuile.

Nous avons passez un week-end entre filles inoubliable dans le Granges à Roger. Ce logement a été un petit havre de paix. Intérieur très classe avec une literie confortable la Clim qui fait toute don importance avec la chaleur que nous avons eu et un extérieur avec piscine spa et terrain de pétanque que nous avons adoré. Nous avons rencontré un souci avec la cafetière qui a été résolu très rapidement grâce a notre hôte accueillante et au petit soin pour nous encore merci

Pascal a été un hôte merveilleux dès la réservation jusqu’à notre départ du logement, notamment par ses recommandations et sa réactivité. Nous nous sommes senties dans cet appartement comme à la maison, en sécurité et au calme. La vue du studio est magique et le quartier est très calme. Nous avons trouvé le lit un peu ferme mais cela reste subjectif. Nous recommandons ce logement à 100% et n’hésiterons pas à revenir si nous revenions vers Annecy.

Notre séjour chez Tiffanie et sa famille a été parfait ! Nous avons apprécie la localisation de la maison, située dans les hauteurs de Saint Jorioz qui est facilement accessible en voiture (10min). Annecy est à 35-40min selon le traffic. Petit tips : le GPS indique d'emprunter un chemin escarpé et interdit à la circulation juste avant l'arrivée à la maison, ignorez-le et continuez tout droit avant de tourner à droite à la prochaine intersection (beaucoup + praticable). Le logement est très fonctionnel et refait à neuf, le mobilier et la déco sont de qualité ! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les 2 chambres très confortables (master bedroom et chambre enfant), ainsi que le jardin et la belle terrasse équipée. Merci à Tiffanie, Charlie et Malo pour leur accueil et bravo pour la magnifique maison qu'ils ont aménagée :)

Maria et Jean Marc sont des personnes accueillantes, très sympathiques et discrètes qui vous fait tout de suite vous sentir comme chez vous . La petite maison est très confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour et de plus le quartier est très calme. Ce fut un vrai plaisir pour moi d'y avoir séjourné.

Très bon séjour : hôtes accueillants, cadre paisible logement très propre et bien organisé avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Merci à Charlotte et Ludovic pour ce week-end !

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

Très bon accueil par Christophe, appartement propre et fonctionnel. À 1 mn à pied du lac Parking privé ce qui est un plus Je recommande les yeux fermés

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

Tout était parfait. Logement cosy et très propre. Superbe localisation pour découvrir cette magnifique région. Merci à Laure pour son accueil et sa sympathie. Nous reviendrons avec nos vélos pour un tour du lac.

Super logement en plein coeur d'Aix les Bains, juste en face du casino avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Je recommande ce logement à 100%. Seul bémol le garage proposé (qui à tout de même le mérite d'être là) manoeuvres très compliquées pour y entrer et en sortir, Box à l'ancienne avec un mur juste en face, fortement déconseillé aux véhicules type SUV, pour info j'y ai garé un Touran après quelques tentatives infrustrueuses.

We had a wonderful stay with Elisabeth and Patrice! Communication was easy and smooth from the beginning, and they were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. The property itself is beautiful, with well-designed spaces and a great atmosphere. We truly felt at home. Highly recommended – thank you again!

Sylvie’s place was much nicer than the pictures. My wife and I wished we had stayed longer. The view from her apartment was amazing. The amenities such as free parking, fully equipped kitchen, washer/drier and dishwasher were very beneficial. The space and the linens provided were very clean. We strongly recommend her place!
