Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

L'appartamento è situato in posizione centrale rispetto ai principali servizi del paese, raggiungibili tutti a piedi in pochi minuti: ristoranti, bar, supermercato, tabaccheria/edicola, posta, banca, farmacia e un bellissimo parcogiochi. In meno di mezz'ora in auto oppure in bus (la fermata è sulla strada di fronte all'appartamento) si raggiungono le splendide località del Lago Maggiore e del Lago d'Orta. Mergozzo, affacciato sull'omonimo lago è a 10 minuti. Ad un'ora da Milano.

A well-kept, organized and very comfortable environment, ideal for accommodating a family or a group of friends, up to 5 people, even for long stays.

The house is surrounded by nature, reachable only on foot 300 meters from the parking lot, but very close to the lake and the village that offers art and culture, beautiful panoramic views, restaurants and beach. You'll love it for the tranquility and vastness of the spaces, the views towards the lake and mountains, the intimacy, the exposed ceiling, the comfort, the large lawn around. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.

It’s a 1-floor apartment, with: 2 bedrooms (a master bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with double bed divisible in twin beds), a living room, 1 bathroom and one kitchen with all the kitchenware you might need during your stay.

Flux Lake View Apartment

We recommend this apartment for a family that wants to have direct access to the lake! The apartment consists of a living room with kitchen and a sofa bed, bathroom with small shower and double bedroom. The apartment is located in a building with two other apartments. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate pets in this apartment. We are very sorry!

The house is located in the municipality of Ornavasso and can be reached by walking 3/5 minutes from the center. The village is located along the banks of the Toce River and is surrounded by greenery. It is equipped with all the infrastructures: bars, restaurants, pharmacies, shops of all kinds, post office and also offers two ATM service points.
