An entire older home nestled in a historic district with a beautiful view of large back yard, quiet and private. Cozy for two, spacious for more. There are three upstairs bedrooms (two queen, one king, and a foldout twin) and full bath and a second full bath in the basement. A 4-block walk to a vibrant main street with lots of restaurants. The main floor has full kitchen, internet, living and dining rooms with a beautiful sunroom. There is no bed or bath on the main floor.

There is plenty of room for an air mattress in the living area (air mattress not supplied). Since we live above this property, absolutely no pets, no smoking of any kind and no unregistered guests.
