The Little House in Tereglio with Fireplace

La nostra splendida e accogliente casina è situata nell'incantevole paesino di Tereglio nella splendida valle del Serchio in provincia di Lucca a 6km dalla riserva naturale dell'orrido di Botri e a 10 km dal Parco avventure Canyon Park. La casa si trova nel centro del paese, il parcheggio si trova distante circa 60 m. Presenza di strutture ricettive. La casa è un ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare anche i paesi vicini come Barga e Coreglia, tutti e due tra i borghi più belli d'Italia.

Relaxing stay

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

If you are looking for nature, quiet and a fantastic view of the Apuan Alps right from your balcony, then this is the place for you. A cozy stone and wood chalet with amazing views of the Apennines, surrounded by nature with a large garden where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

Lauro's house in the Ferretti Farm

Today, the old Ferretti farmhouse has been transformed into a cosy country holiday home. L'Abitazione del Lauro, the larger of the two self-contained apartments, is spread over two floors and has 4 bedrooms (5th optional), 2 bathrooms and a separate entrance. It is ideal for families or groups, who want to stay little under the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, immersed in nature, in the peace of the countryside, surrounded by wild animals and immersed in the large equipped garden.

Casa Fernando, charming loft in an open space, from floor to ceiling, on two levels, a short walk from the historic center of Bologna, a 15-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore, and a 5-minute walk from the train station. Belfortilandia, the small rustic villa

In an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by unspoiled nature, we rent a small rustic mountain villa that is part of an ancient fief of the castle of Belforte (in Borgo Val di Taro), completely renovated while maintaining an ancient state of preservation. It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

The house is located in a strategic point to reach the Gulf of La Spezia with its pearls Lerici and Portovenere and the nearby Cinque Terre. It is on one level with a large outdoor space dedicated to our guests equipped with an oven and barbecue for pleasant outdoor lunches and dinners. Its interior consists of a large living room with fireplace, sofa bed and large window, a double bedroom, a large bathroom with shower, a closet and a small but well-equipped kitchen.
