Siamo alle porte del centro, in una via tranquilla e strategica che vi permette di arrivare comodamente sotto casa con la macchina! Apartment completely renovated in 2023. Quiet accommodation and close to public transportation. By car 10 min. from Bologna International Airport, 5 minutes from the Unipol Arena and 15 min. from the station and the historic center. The nearest supermarket is 150 meters from the front door. We are a 5-minute walk from the suburban train that connects us with Bologna station in 20 minutes. The bus stop is 3 minutes away on foot and you can reach various destinations, see the TPER website

Splendid views from the terrace on the Apuan Alps

This typical Tuscan stone house is situated in Marciaso, a small medieval village in the Tuscan region of Lunigiana. If you are looking for nature, quiet and a fantastic view of the Apuan Alps right from your balcony, then this is the place for you. Das Haus liegt in Marciaso, einem kleinen mittelalterlichen Dorf in der toskanischen Lunigiana. Wer Natur, Stille und einen fantastischen Ausblick auf die Apuanischen Alpen direkt vom eigenen Balkon geniessen moechte, ist hier genau richtig.

Relaxing stay

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

Nella vecchia fattoria dei Ferretti oggi è un'accogliente casa vacanze in campagna. L'Abitazione del Lauro, il più grande dei due appartamenti indipendenti, è disposto su due piani con 4 camere da letto (5° opzionale), 2 bagni ed ingresso indipendente. E' ideale per famiglie o gruppi, che desiderano soggiornare poco sotto le colline dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, immersi nella natura, nella pace della campagna, circondati da animali selvatici ed immersi nel grande giardino attrezzato.

SELF CHECK-IN, you can arrive at any time, beautiful park right behind the house, independent entrance, small terrace, for breakfast on the terrace, the exposed wooden roof, makes the house special, electric kitchen and washing machine. Very quiet area. You can walk to the airport in 10/15 minutes, the supermarket is also 10 minutes from the park, and the bus, pharmacy, deli, and newsstand are 5 minutes away. Beautiful courtyard apartment set in over 20 acres - the location is just right for relaxing, and eating some of the best food in Italy. If you love mountain biking or hiking this is perfect. We are 40 minutes from Bologna airport. Our nearest town is Vignola, rich in history and famous for its cherries. You can explore the region of Emilia Romagna, and return each evening and watch the sun go down with a chilled glass of wine. (2 nights stay in Winter when requested)

The house is located in a strategic point to reach the Gulf of La Spezia with its pearls Lerici and Portovenere and the nearby Cinque Terre. It is on one level with a large outdoor space dedicated to our guests equipped with an oven and barbecue for pleasant outdoor lunches and dinners. Its interior consists of a large living room with fireplace, sofa bed and large window, a double bedroom, a large bathroom with shower, a closet and a small but well-equipped kitchen.

Da tutte le stanze bellissima vista sulla vallata. Arredato recentemente con ottime finiture.
