Andrea & Valentina are exceptional hosts! Andrea’s communication is excellent: he checks in, makes recommendations & is quick to answer any questions you have. The home is beautiful, well decorated, clean, with all the lovely amenities you could ask for. The private garden with the Jacuzzi was a bonus—very relaxing and peaceful. I ended up using it daily! Their home is on a nice quiet canal, tucked away from the very ‘touristy’ areas, but just a short walk to any of the popular attractions. There were tons of lovely restaurants & shops in the neighborhood, and a supermarket about a 5 minute walk away for necessities. Their place is really a gem, and if I could give it more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend & would definitely book again on my next trip to Venice!

I had a fantastic stay at this property ! clean, comfortable, The location was perfect, with easy access to piazzale Roma . What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. We had a lovely stay, the house is very peaceful, pleasant to live in and well equipped. The pool area is great! Maria welcomed us and was always available and responsive.

This is the best place to stay near venice. Everything was good during our stay. Igor really nice host and explain everything very well, we enjoyed staying at Igor place. Once you arrive you will feel like home. The decorations inside the house very unique and classic venice style. The garden outside also very nice and well maintained. Got many kinds of fruit trees. Highly recommended to stay at Igor place. The best owner. Thanks igor for the nice hospitality.

Super location close to Venice, Noale, and Padua. The yard was fantastic for our two dogs to roam, and the cottage was well equipped for nice relaxing stay. Plenty of heating options were available, and I cannot say enough about Adri and Eugenio's hospitality during our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it or stay there again!

An excellent accommodation, very beautiful and tidy where you can find absolutely everything you need. Besides, the host is wonderful, gives you information and responds in a timely manner. You can see the attention to details and everything is superlative! We will definitely come back!!

We had a fantastic stay in a beautiful environment that was near the water taxi stop and walkable to all of the key, city attractions with multiple choices to eat. The property was exactly what we needed for a few days in the city and the descriptions were accurate. Bed was comfortable and the space was perfect for the 3 of us. We highly recommend to stay here as it was an enjoyable experience.

We hat a nice short holiday ladt week and were happy with the overall situation. The apartment is nice, tidy and also located very close by tram station. which makes it an ease to go to Venice. The neighborhood is also relative quite. Unfortunately ocar got a scratch by standing there, which a bit unpleasant. Still thanks for the kind hosting.

We travelled as a family with two teenage boys at Easter time. Fabio was a wonderful host and very kind, responsive and helpful. He goes out of his way to make your stay a great experience. We arrived in Venice late at night with an unexpected flight delay. Fabio was so kind as to wait for us so that he could take us to the Airbnb and show us around. The area is very peaceful and quiet as well only 5 mins away from the main tourist area. All is very walkable from there. The ferry to the airport is also very close by. The Airbnb came with most everything we needed and was very comfortable for us. The bedding is really good and the house is charming and clean. We definitely recommend this Airbnb. This is a lovely place to stay in Venice.

Nicoletta is a truly exceptional host. Her beautiful country house is even more charming in person—peaceful, welcoming, and full of character. Nicoletta went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable and convenient for us. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay if you want to visit Venice! The bus stop with direct access to the city is right around the corner. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Nina and Julian were very welcoming and friendly. We’re looking forward to staying here again!

Casa Tey matches the listing and the host is friendly and accurate. Quiet area, close to a children's park, the sea and essential amenities. Great for families (even numerous like ours).

An apartment with a lovely garden in a quiet area. Several vaporetto stops are within 10 minutes. You can reach everything within 20 minutes.

Beautiful and authentic appartement at great location, nice piazza with a choice of restaurants. Quite noisy night from Saturday to Sunday- lasted until 3:00. The thing you need to know is that of 5 beds it is literally impossible to sleep in the master bedroom. The concrete floor is a better choice and the pillows are tremendously hard and huge. Impossible and very uncomfortable. So we can’t recommend even though we loved the apartment. After all you rent it to sleep….to change mattress and pillows is an easy fix if renters want.

A wonderful gem in the Italian country side. quiet and clean. super dog friendly and easy to get in and out with a gated driveway. Elisabetta was super flexible and responsive. we had clean beds set up for us just like we asked and flexible check in and check out made it a relaxing getaway. also the home made cookies melted out hearts and melted in our mouths. will definitely visit again in the future.

Exceptional experience! The house is perfectly cared for in every detail, very clean and equipped with all the comforts, including breakfast and basic necessities. In addition to enjoying tranquility and absolute peace, the location of the house allows you to easily reach Venice and Padua by car. Sara was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the stay.
