Welcome to the 9 Mile Schoolhouse and Teacherage! Our home is yours and it is full of charm, history, and character. Cozy and cute, it has a very comfortable layout and is nestled in 9 Mile, close to the interstate for easy commute to Missoula, but out in the country for quiet times and stargazing, minus distractions and busyness of town. Kitchen is fully stocked and we have homemade brew on tap for the beer lovers. Enjoy an evening of outdoor cinema, a bonfire, or just a breath of fresh air.

The Holmestead Cabin

Quiet getaway in the pines! Welcome to the Holmestead.. a Rustic dry cabin on 5 acres nestled between Mill Creek and a seasonal run off stream with easy access to the highway and only a 10 min drive to Missoula. Our property offers the peace and quiet of the outdoors while also allowing guests to make the easy 3 mile drive to the local grocery store. We look forward to sharing our piece of Montana with you! A “dry cabin” simply means that there is no running water inside the structure.

Into the Woods 32’ Camper with Slide-Out, Hot Tub

This is a beautiful camper with an awning, bunk beds, a private room with a queen bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower, outdoor shower, dining area, sofa, flat screen, air conditioning and heater. It is right next to a cute seasonal creek with a canopy and table and chairs and we also have lovely hiking trails. Dogs are allowed, cats are not allowed. Please note that we are along a busy road and that there is road noise and train tracks close by but we are also very close to amenities.

Come to relax, unravel, take a deep breath, and recharge your soul in quiet comfort. Excellent Starlink internet! Lying at the border of a wild corridor, yet only 15 minutes from Missoula or the airport our cabin was skillfully crafted from giant hand-hued logs to create a sweet, delightful space. You'll find it clean and cozy, with excellent wifi, bright and airy. A lovely place for romantic escapes, sweet reunions with old friends and family and to work remotely.

Nestled on a gentle bend of the Clark fork river, this home is a retreat to all the senses. Outside, the neighborhood is quiet and reserved. Across the immaculate lawn the river murmurs just beyond a low sandy beach. Inside the feeling is that of a refined woodland elegance befitting Aldo Leopold. Rest in luxurious dark wood beds or catch up with friends in the tasteful common areas. Enjoy a cup of tea on the covered patio. Come catch your breath and contemplate.

Sanctuary Farm Yurt Glamping

Magical getaway bedroom in the woods on 25 acres where glamping meets re-wilding. Come recharge and rest. Short walk to the all cedar outhouse. Enjoy watching the fire dance at the campfire circle by the creek. Great hiking trails close by, and just 20 miles to Lolo Hot Springs and 4 miles to a restaurant/saloon. This is a space to truly unwind, as there is no cell phone coverage, but there is limited WiFi. Chef cooked breakfast available (costs extra).

The Eagles Nest

Comfortable apartment located on a country property near the Clark Fork River. Just off Interstate 90 20 minutes west of Missoula with easy access to the airport and the University of Montana. This is a seasonal unit available from early spring until the first heavy snow arrives. Reservations in the off season may be requested by contacting the host and will be considered based on weather, accessibility and SAFTEY. we do get ice.

Welcome to the Sapphire A-frame, a beautiful, brand new cabin in the Bitterroot valley of western Montana, set at the foothills of the Sapphire Mountains. Our cabin is the perfect combination of comfortable modern amenities, with access to all of Montana's incredible attractions and recreation. The cabin is easily accessed year round by any vehicle, and is only ten minutes from downtown Stevensville, a wonderful community.

Our location is ideal for great fishing, hiking, hunting, rafting, horseback riding, mountain bike riding, atv riding, and mountain road exploring. Less than 30 minutes to Downtown Missoula. We welcome dogs. A large fenced area is available for dogs. Whether Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter, our home is the perfect place for any adventure.
