Private suite holiday rentals in Albert Town

This guest suite is located in a very calm and friendly neighborhood. We only stayed one night but really enjoyed the warm and cozy rooms. We had everything we needed and if you stay longer it is also nice to sit outside on the small terrace. The apartment ist very clean and has a relatively large bathroom. Karina and Troy are friendly and caring hosts. The location is perfect to explore Wānaka, where you have a lots of activities to do or as a stop over when travelling to Queenstown or the West Coast. We were very sad about leaving and would definitely recommend.

Cute spot with spectacular views…

Stayed for 3 very enjoyable nights, which for 2 we used the outdoor undercover cooking area which was good and had all the necessary cooking facilities in a very spacious area with seating.The use of the outdoor garden table for eating was extra nice as it was out in the open. The living room was clean, spacious and open plan with fridge and work surface The bedroom was ok, with a separate bathroom with walk in shower which was also good and clean. Enjoyed our stay

We only had one night stay in this Airbnb and it was overall a positive experience. Paul, the owner, lives on the premises and is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is at the back of Paul's place and has a self containment unit with two bedrooms with toilets. While the place is not very new, it is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped although we didn't get a chance to use it. The only downside is that the location is a little off from town with no view. Wanaka, being a lovely town with a great lake and mountain view, might be better to get a place with the view. But if you do not care about the view, this is a great place to stay.

Joy and Her husband are very friendly hosts and went out of their way to make us feel right at home. The stocked pantry added a special touch. They stay upstairs and were available to any questions we had. the door to the room cannot be locked so keep that in mind if you look for privacy. Great stay, highly recommended.

Joanna’s home was so beautiful and peaceful. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. Joanna and her family were so friendly and we even received some delicious baked goods as well as cereal, milk and coffee! The home itself sits in a gorgeous part of Arrowtown and the surrounds are very picturesque- it also feels very private. I would highly reccomend this adorable home to anyone lucky enough to be visiting this stunning part of the world.

This is a super cool place that is well thought out and has a lot of charm. The decor/ vibe is really cool. There are also bean bags and 2 beds, so lots of room. It feels bigger in real life than in the photos. It has everything you could want, providing you're not doing some serious cooking. The hot plate and pan are enough for most things basic. The views are super nice, so lovely to wake up to! There can be a bit of noise at night from people moving chairs around up stairs, but it's not too bad. It also backs onto a school so there are some general school noises, but also nothing to really bother you much.

Excellent stay, plus a nice little breakfast setup with tea, coffee, yogurt, cereals, bread & spreads. Short walk to the lake and lake path for walking or biking.

Tracey and Kevin are very hospitable. The bed was extremely comfortable and although attached to their house, noise was not a problem at all. Coco is delightful.

An absolute must-visit! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and felt right at home from the moment I arrived. It’s also the perfect base for some great hikes. The village itself is very charming, and thanks to Jessica’s tips, you’ll be eating and drinking at top spots. Nothing but praise for this place!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay at Claire’s place in Wanaka! Everything from her suggestions for restaurants to her attention to every detail including special coffee, homemade muffins, muesli, cookies, wine and so much more!! The towels were super soft and it was the best shower of our 3 week trip! She even had a birthday ballon for my husband on his Birthday! The location was perfect.. close enough to downtown Wānaka but far enough away for an absolute retreat!! We will be back as soon as possible!!! Thank you Claire and Jim making this our favorite stay of our trip!

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb. The home is beautifully presented, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The view from the deck is absolutely stunning – we spent hours soaking it in. The location is peaceful and private, but still close enough to explore nearby attractions and local spots. The host was fantastic – responsive, welcoming, and clearly takes pride in offering a five-star experience. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable escape.

Had a wonderful stay at Catherine’s place! The place is charming and peaceful, exactly what we were looking for. The space was lovely and clean, and Catherine’s thoughtful touches made the experience extra special. Catherine was a great host and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

My husband and I loved staying here! The cottage was very comfortable with adequate space for all of our bags. The room was clean and well equipped. We even used the grill one night to cook. Location wise— this area was perfect. Only a 10 minute drive from central Wanaka and 5 minutes away from a large grocery store.

We had a great stay - the unit was cosy, clean, spacious and had the perfect amenities. It is also situated in a lovely neighbourhood at a short drive from the main area. Highly recommend.

Jo's place looks lovely and cozy as the pictures, and feels so at home with all the small details - the big mirror in the bedroom, full amenities in the bathroom and kitchen. We made use of the washing machines and clothing lines, which are spot on after our hikes. Would definitely recommend the place!

The spot was a lovely home base for us during our time in Wānaka! We loved spending our evenings here soaking in the beautiful views after coming back from our day adventures. Bedroom and bed were very comfortable, helping us get some of the better sleep we've had on our trip. Hosts were friendly and very responsive too. Would definitely come back!

Rochelle’s place is absolutely perfect. It is much larger than the pictures make it look. It had everything we needed and was beautiful. This unit is at the back so it was private. The lake is a 5 min walk. The restuarants are a 5 minute drive, The beautiful hikes are all close by. We loved our stay!

Fantastic place! On the edge of town so it was quiet and didn’t have much traffic on the street itself, but still easy to walk to anything downtown. The place was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable! One thing worth noting, if you drink a lot of coffee, the French press is very small so you will need to make multiple batches. With the hot water pot though that is pretty easy.

There are two connected units. Each with a small kitchen and spacious bathroom with washer and dryer. Each has a small table and two chairs. Both have king-sized beds. One also has a single bed and the third the other a fold-out sofa bed, but this wasn’t very comfortable. We booked for six people, but only the beds were prepared. The studios were very clean. When we contacted Paul for the key code of the gate to the swimming pool, he instantly replied. Neighbours upstairs were a bit noisy, but we still slept well.
