My place is close to Parks, Tennis Court, Bowling Green, Library, Cafe/Shop/Restaurant, Lake, Walking/Biking Trails. Fifteen minutes to Wanaka.. Five minute walk to Lake. You’ll love my place because of the modern attractive apartment, and its close proximity to our wonderful neighbourhood. Enjoy the Lake and Mountain views from the local walking/biking trails.. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. It has a single bed for the third person in the lounge area

A Good Find

A well appointed studio room with a private entrance and sweeping views of the mountains. The studio contains a queen bed, private ensuite, outdoor patio, and garden area. There are coffee and tea making facilities, but the room does not have a kitchen or fridge. Please note that we live onsite and have a toddler 👶 and a dog 🐶 which means our house is not always peaceful! We do our best to be welcoming, friendly and share our little slice of paradise. We have two e-bikes available for hire.

Anaka

This architectural luxury warm and modern 3/4 bed home plus studio is close to Wanaka, the local trails, the lake and the river. It has expansive mountain views, a huge lawn and privacy. The house is perfect for winter & summer with an underfloor heating and cooling. Enjoy the gas fired hot tub, sauna, ice bath and shower after a day out on the mountain or the lake. There's also plenty of fun and fitness options too including a trampoline, outdoor games, treadmill and yoga/gym equipment.

It has bed,dining,lounge with separate bathroom. Tea,coffee facilities an BBQ . Views under the apple tree out to hazelnut orchard. Close to Lake walks,bike tracks,fishing,supermarket, cafe,takeaway,garage. 15 mins to wanaka shops an eateries. Responsible dog owners welcome on approval. Owners house on site with 3 sociable terriers.

Maori Point Vineyard Cottage

Maori Point cottage is nestled in our vineyard, 30km from Wanaka , with spectacular mountain views and access to the Clutha riverbank for walks or picnics. Warm in winter with underfloor heating and fireplace, the living areas include a full cook's kitchen which opens onto a verandah, lawn & native garden. The large upstairs bedroom has king bed and mountain views, downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with garden outlook. A quiet peaceful environment, and a good base for exploring.

Self contained, the apartment is very quiet, close to town, 2.3km from town centre (25 min walk or 5 min drive), private entrance. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry, smart TV, Netflix, heat pump warmth in winter and air conditioning in summer. Base camp, Cardrona Corner is just a two min walk , fancy popping out for a drink, snack/small meal/movie. Cardrona/TC ski fields 25 mins away. Come and enjoy!

Named for our Greek Yaya's; one who loved to host and feed people, and the other who loved to travel and adventure. Yaya's House is beautifully placed with easy access to the Lake Hawea River track, short walk/bike to the stunning crystal blue waters of Lake Hawea. 10 minute drive to delicious pastries in Albert town and 15 minutes drive to the bustle of Wanaka. A peaceful place to return to after a day of exploring.
