A simply magical stay, which touched the heart and soul. The House of Butterflies is not just a place, but a profound, spiritual and authentic experience. We were greeted with a natural warmth, present but never intrusive, with the heart in every gesture. From the enchanted garden that comes alive in the evening with a party of fireflies, to the light flight of the colourful butterflies that accompanied us during the day, a daydream! The aperitif on the terrace was unforgettable, when Milva picked and fried the zucchini flowers from her garden, right in front of us. The best pancakes you've ever tasted, a gesture of infinite sweetness. And breakfast? Fresh, zero-kilometre, typical and full of real flavours. The apricot tart... simply divine. A place for the soul, where you can return when you need true beauty and deep connection. We are infinitely grateful to Milva and her partner for sharing a piece of your enchanted world with us. 🦋❤️

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful; I could relax there all day. We spent a few weeks here as digital nomads, and the house is perfect for that purpose. We had everything we needed for a long-term stay. The place is exactly as advertised, clear and simple check-in instructions. We only used it as a sleeping support, but the apartment has everything you need and was clean and tidy. The area is quiet and not far from the sea, great reserved parking.

Great place surrounded by greenery. We relaxed but in the meantime we also visited many places around like river, mountain trails and the sea. Value is worth the price. Thank you

This was the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Joelle’s place was exceptionally beautiful, squeaky clean, extremely quiet, and very comfortable. We had everything we needed for a lovely stay and more! As if all of that wasn’t enough, Joelle’s breakfast in the garden was spectacular. She put together a delicious spread! We stayed in 4, two adults and two children. Clean and functional. Great location, close to the sea and downtown. Private parking is a great service. It has everything you need and the owner has made himself available on time flexibility.

Small apartment with views of the rooftops of the city and the mountains. Convenient parking just a short walk from the center.

When we arrived at the accommodation, about an hour after check-in time, we did not find the keys to the apartment inside the safe. Fortunately, we were able to access the apartment as we met the cleaning team who were still finishing cleaning. Beyond this misunderstanding, the stay was fantastic. Inside the apartment, there is everything you need, and the host Matthieu is always ready and quick to respond to messages in case you need anything. Accommodation with a beautiful view from above of the sea and the buildings that make up the wonderful panorama of Montecarlo. We always ate on the balcony, because it was equipped with a spacious table and the beautiful days helped us to stay in excellent conditions

There were three of us with our dog in Roberto's beautiful apartment. We were able to use the pool although it was still a little chilly. The meadow behind the house is very large and offers many opportunities to stay there with sufficient privacy. There is plenty of seating and loungers by the pool. The panorama was fantastic, as the Western Alps were still covered with snow and the cherries bloomed. Communication with Roberto and his partner was very warm and we felt very comfortable. Roberto lives above the apartment, which is located on the first floor. This can be reached via a quite long metal grid staircase on the back of the house on the outside. Unfortunately, this is not visible in the description. For us, this was not a problem, we carried our dog up and down, but could imagine that this could be an important information for people with mobility or people with fear of heights. Clear recommendation!

The accommodation was excellent, consistent with the photos, and we had a very pleasant stay. All the essential equipment was present, it was very clean and spacious; nothing to complain about. I will come back as soon as the opportunity arises, I highly recommend it.

Had a great stay. Co-host, Edoardo, was very helpful, accomodating and friendly with meeting us for checkin and providing local recommendations. Apartment was as described, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Very clean, and Kitchen was well equipped with Coffee, Tea, oil/viniger, etc. Would stay here again and likely in one of their other units as well as hosts were great.

Very nice peaceful place, with sea views from the bedroom, in this beautiful medieval village. Apartment accessible by bus for people without a car. Great welcome, smiling: appointment given in the village square before reaching the accommodation. Spacious, neutral home, comfortable sofa and bed. Nice bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Ground coffee and some condiments available. A small bottle of rosé, very nice, offered upon arrival! No balcony but possibility to have breakfast or other on a small table, at the foot of the accommodation. Possibility to reach Menton or Monaco on foot, fairly easy downhill in 45 min (have good knees😉). No supermarket on site so remember to do some shopping in the lower town before going up to the apartment to avoid ARs!

Great stay in a well-kept house and a really kind and helpful welcome. Top breakfast with lots of homemade things. If we happen to be in the area again, we'll be happy to come back. Highly recommended!

Very well maintained house and garden with wonderful breakfast (homemade dolci and jams). Maria is a very warm host with passion!

Super nice hosts, was spontaneously chosen for the transit and luckily for me the right thing. The old town is also great to explore in the evening and invites you to have an inexpensive dinner.

We had enjoyed the stay in Mariella's villa very much. The place is very nice and modernly furnished. Beautiful and modern furniture, beautiful and large bathroom, fly screen on the terrace door. A large terrace with a magnificent view of the city and the sea. Breakfast was fantastically prepared by Cristina with delicious scrambled eggs with bacon and many other delicacies. Cristina is an excellent host, always in a good mood. She always had a lot of suggestions for the upcoming day. The car can be parked directly at the accommodation on the street. The way to the city is steep but easy to reach. We 100% recommend the place.

A very nice and cozy place! The breakfast was good, easy with parking and fairly close to many of the climbing spots.

This is a lovely big space with a living room and two bedrooms, great views and very kind hosts. We managed to get around the Italian-English language barrier fine, and the hosts were very patient with us when we arrived a little later than expected. It is up on a hill in a tiny little village (so keep going as the map point is completely accurate, you aren't lost, it's just a little bit remote!) and a 15-20 minute drive to the beach, which was fine for us. Would stay here again if in the region! And the breakfasts were thoughtful to what we did and did not like so much.
