Paul made me feel like a local, and even introduced me to a couple of locals and his own family. He offered me fresh eggs from the ranch. Baby goats were also available for cuddling and feeding. While not much to do in town, there was natural entertainment on site. Cabin is spacious for a couple getaway or a small family.

0f the 20 places I stayed on a year long road trip, this was by far my favorite. Besides the usual clean, comfortable, tiny tube of toothpaste stuff, what made it a standout was: - A gorgeous view that is so expansive you can see Russia from every direction - A deck that allows you to watch the day break while you have morning coffee - Deer, foxes, chipmunks, songbirds that you can watch from the entirely glass front wall - Quality COTTON bedding - A host that is genuine, affable, and genuinely interested in you enjoying your stay - As a bonus, if Armageddon should occur while you are here, there is enough food, beer, and caffeine to sustain you until the world rebuilds itself. If you think I’m kidding, come see for yourself This stay really fed my soul. I highly recommend you spend some time here. Wherever you go, I hope you all enjoy your travels.

Had a great stay at Krista’s on our road trip out west! The apartment is small but adorable, with everything you might need during your stay. It is also very close to many restaurants and the downtown area. Would recommend to anyone!

Amazing, amazing, amazing. Beautiful and restorative stop on our way across the country. This was the only place that I booked for two nights and am so glad we did. The views from both inside and outside the house are amazing. Super clean. Beds were very comfortable. Even though it was June, we still used the wood stove in the morning and it was so cozy. Fresh bread and eggs were such a sweet touch. Our dog did not want to come inside, ever. She loved roaming the property with all the animal smells. Our two young boys enjoyed the toys and especially the dump trucks on the porch. We will always remember this place and are so grateful for the time we spent there.
