Great place to recommend.

Luigi's house is great! It has plenty of space inside, is well equipped and a wonderfully large garden. Many very pretty transmissions grow in it, but they have poisonous berries. Here you have to be careful with very young children. The beach was unfortunately not very tidy because of the low season, but the sea was still great. We were on site without a car, there are many shops, restaurants and two bus stops nearby. Unfortunately, the buses often arrive too early or too late and you have to buy your ticket in a point of sale or in an app, the bus driver is only exceptionally and then much more expensive. To Anzio (12km) it usually costs €1.30 for the bus driver but 7€. Natalia's care was warm and great and we were able to make arrival and departure flexible.

Annalisa is a charming hostess. She is very friendly and gave us lots of little tips to make our stay go smoothly. The space was spacious and spotless . The exteriors are pleasant. Parking space is a plus . A bus station is right next to the property as well as a large supermarket . It's very convenient .

Nothing to say, perfect home. The house has everything you need and for anything they are super friendly and helpful.

Alessandra's Place was quiet, clean and in a great location. would recommend it and would stay there again. the host was easy to reach when we had questions and had great suggestions to what was around the neighborhood.

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

It was a pleasure. The location was ideal, the house cozy and very clean.

We stayed in a half-mountain homestay in Rome, in addition to a villa with a pool, a large garden, a surrounding unbeatable view, other as if it was in the home, the warmth, warmth, meticulous, the host lady's son and one of the sons of the landlady, and the worries of our first trip to Rome have been cut in half, we did not meet the online communication before meeting, every timely response, the host used mobile translation software in Italian and Chinese subtitles, we were completely barrier-free communication. The house is clean and tidy, and the configuration of the 4 bathrooms solves the anxiety of the toilet. The host also prepared milk, cake, bread, juice, and repeatedly instructed us about the supermarket and restaurant location!

Everything was satisfactory.

Cosy apartment with real fire

Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available if we had any questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was out of season). Everything in the residential complex is a bit outdated, but that doesn't detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops within walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. That's a real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. A little something has bothered us. Outside the gated community and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty.. there was trash everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside of the Italian holiday season. Downtown Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you get there early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxed two weeks.

This is the prettiest house we have stayed in Italy and the floor to ceiling windows are great for watching the sunset.The washroom and bed sheets were clean and had plenty of heaters.The kitchen utensils and washing machine-related supplies are fully equipped with simple condiments. The house is quiet, the audio with Bose in the living room can be connected to Bluetooth, and the glass soundproofing is great to not have to worry about disturbing the neighbors.The whole neighborhood is quiet and safe.Nearby subway stations and supermarkets are convenient. The host was very welcoming and contacted us ahead of time and asked if there was a need for airport pickup.Finally met downstairs of the apartment to show us the various facilities in the house.Communication in English was very smooth, I had a great trip to Rome, and would choose to stay here if I came back.

Andrea was a great host, who was always ready to help us with the smallest issues. He was very flexible and his apartment was perfect with walking distance to the station. Super lovely surroundings, lovely area with lots of tranquility.

This place is in a convenient location. We spent a lot of time in the garden, enjoying the tranquility. We had everything we needed and experienced the trip in a serene and carefree way. Thank you so much.

Aure and Max welcomed us very warmly. The beautiful property invites you to relax through the old olive trees. We were particularly pleased that we were allowed to use the vegetable garden created by Aure and Max. It is very quiet and the accommodation is divided in such a way that we were allowed to use one half of the garden alone and privately. The interiors had everything we needed. Within walking distance is the campsite in the neighborhood. There is a beautiful beach and lake access here. Everything else is easily accessible by car. Aure gave us a lot of recommendations as a guide and there were also some interesting books about Rome and the Bracciano area at the property. The only suggestion for improvement would be the water supply. Overall, we were very satisfied and had a relaxed and great time with Aure and Max. We will be happy to come back !!

Excellent place to relax after the long day out of the town. Peaceful neighborhood, few restaurants at walking distance. Short walk to the metro station. Very spacious with three large bedrooms and two large bad rooms. The place was spotless and kitchen is big enough for seven of us. Edoardo let us stay little longer after our flight was delayed. If you travel with large group or family this is the place for you.

Emilia’s place is in a very good location, perfectly situated between termini and the colosseum and walkable to the main attractions around Rome. There are great restaurants, cafes and gelaterias nearby at affordable prices. The place itself is very clean and Emilia was very accommodating. I would 100% recommend Emilia’s place to friends and family who wish to visit Rome.

We stayed for 3 nights in this accommodation during the May 1st bridge. The apartment is very nice and well furnished, the location is excellent as it is very close to Piazzale Caravaggio from where you can easily reach the center of Rome. Alessandro was very friendly during our stay. Surely if we go back to Rome we will choose it again.

Experience tunic great service

Giorgio's house was perfect for us. Working remotely during the week, we could enjoy the beautiful nearby attractions and eat deliciously in the many restaurants available in the region. And on weekends we spent in Rome, where you can get there by train for €1, and on Saturday and Sunday the parking at the station is practically empty and free. The layout is excellent. We lived very comfortably in the house. We highly recommend it ☺️

We stayed with my daughter and husband at Mrs. Rosana's beautiful home. We had a great time. The house has everything you need especially for the little one. It's very tidy and clean. Parking with the gate is also very convenient. The host is a treasure, very kind and is always available. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this wonderful home.
