Holiday rentals with a patio in Albania

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay at Lorik and Leart's beautiful place in Sarande. The views were stunning and the location was unbeatable--close to great restaurants, beach clubs and bakeries. It was also an easy drive to other tourist attractions like the Blue Eye and Ksamil. Definitely recommend!

The apartment is nice and modern, and the view from the balcony is beautiful. It is especially beautiful when the sun goes down over the city of Durrës, it is a sight. Street names and house numbers are not used everywhere in Albania, so the taxi driver who picked us up at the airport had to look twice at the GPS before he understood where we were going, but when we first arrived at the building it was very easy to get into the apartment. Taxis are also very affordable compared to what we are used to from home. Everything was clean and nice inside the apartment so we felt comfortable immediately. The apartment is practically on the beach and there are countless restaurants on the endless promenade that passes in front of the block, yet we did not experience that there was noise at night when we were sleeping. The beach is fine-grained and the water was lovely to swim in, a perfect place for those who want a lazy beach holiday. We would definitely recommend this place.

The apartment felt super new and renovated with a great view over the ocean. The bed was one of the most comfortable airbnb beds I’ve ever had, and same with the pillow… So I slept like a baby. The host was very helpful and replied very fast - a lamp broke and he came in and fixed it straight away, even went and bought a new one (not the light bulb, but the actual lamp lol). Super happy with the cozy home, friendly host and neighbors. Definitely recommend this place.

Daniel and Anna are really good hosts and communication was great, easy and fast! I can only highly recommend the appartment when staying in Sarande! Very clean, modern, very comfortable beds, nice views, quiet and easy parking in front of the house! We would come back again :)

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Great place for even taking photos without leaving the Airbnb. The location was perfect — close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was super easy even when it was pouring with rain. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay again. Thank you for a great experience!

Our stay at this apartment was an extremely pleasant experience! The place was clean, very thoughtfully arranged and equipped with everything we needed to spend a few quiet and cosy days. What made this stay all the more special was the exceptional hospitality of Teas and her friend. They welcomed us very warmly and gave us valuable recommendations of places we could visit, good restaurants as well as practical directions that helped us navigate the area more easily. We really appreciate their care and dedication- made our stay even more enjoyable. We very gladly recommend this apartment and would come back without hesitation!

Everything was perfect!!

We had an amazing stay at Krista’s place! We were a family of 8, some in their 60s and 70s and rest of us in our 30s, and the house was perfect for our party. It was close to the promenade, many nice restaurants and bars close by, the house itself was private and far enough from the street that there was no noticeable noise. The private access to the pool and beach made the stay unforgettable, we will all be reminiscing on our stay there for a long time!

great, small apartment with magnificent views of the old town + castle. In a secluded location. Everything is within walking distance. However, you have to know that the accommodation is on the mountain and you have to walk about 100m up the mountain from the parking lot. However, the apartment compensates for the short hardships.

Just one night at Flora and Hector's left a vivid impression in my memory! These amazing people can create an atmosphere in a few hours that others cannot replicate in a week. From the first minute, we felt sincere hospitality. Flora immediately treated us to drinks and dessert, and after that, Hector happily showed us the surroundings. In the evening, an incredibly delicious homemade dinner from their garden was waiting for us. Each spoon conveyed the care and warmth of the host's hands! Among other things, Hector and Flora are wonderful conversationalists. And even though we spoke different languages, we often understood each other without an interpreter. Their hospitality is so natural that by the morning we didn't feel like guests, but their relatives! Although our visit was short, the impressions remained the warmest. Cleanliness, a comfortable bed, the silence of the village night and roosters in the morning - everything came together in a perfect picture of real Albania. We are incredibly grateful to them for a drop of home comfort in our journey!

We had a fantastic stay at Torez’s place! Torez was very communicative and so welcoming when we arrived. He, his mother and his daughter all made us feel so welcomed us as family…opened up their garden and showed us so many things about the Albanian culture. The apartment was so comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was truly the best that we’ve ever had. I can’t say enough positive things about this place!

This was a lovely little apartment. Clean, spacious and has all the amenities you need. The outdoor space is gorgeous, with fairy lights and very comfortable seating. The area feels very safe and is a 5 minute walk to the beach with loads of cool beach bars. Rovena was very helpful with recommendations and suggestions and always responded very promptly. 100% recommend!

We absolutely loved staying in Dea’s home in Himare. The house itself was clean, had a well equipped kitchen and amenities, and a lovely garden and upstairs balcony that we enjoyed. Dea’s mother, who lives next-door, was so gracious in leaving us a bottle of wine and garden treats (fresh strawberries, potatoes, oregano, etc.) throughout our stay. We appreciated that the location was close to Himare, but outside of the main center. We rented a car and found that this location was perfect for exploring nearby towns, hikes, and beaches. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this Airbnb and would love to stay here again one day!

Overall, it was a good stay! We felt comfortable Location was very good! There is a supermarket and many restaurants directly opposite! We also felt safe in the area and in the house! The only thing was that in one bathroom the toilet flush was defective, but there was a second bathroom! We would definitely go back if we were to travel to Durres.

We were group of 4 friends stayed at the apartment. Everything was exactly how it looks, very center location and easy to find. Megi was very responsive and friendly. I would visit again for sure!

Truly the best place I have been to in all of Dhermi. Jonida’s space is spotless, beautiful, and sizeable. Looks just like the photos! The driveway is a plus and makes getting to and from places easy. My family and I had a great time here. We felt peaceful and fully relaxed. Beautiful views and sunsets! Would 100% revisit again.

I cannot speak highly enough of the Villa Rosa Guesthouse - it is truly a gem! I would have paid 3x this amount to stay here. The views from the balcony were knockout and we enjoyed lounging on the terrace. The apartment is spacious, spotless and private - we felt like we were in a palace! The staff on hand were present, proactive and kind despite not speaking much English and we felt very welcomed by them. File went to great lengths to produce a document explaining the history of Berat and recommendations for the city; we can recommend the Iconographic Museum and bar Ajka, also “Beer and Wine” in the Gorica side of the city did fabulous cocktails and staff were brilliant. Thank you for having us to stay, we would gladly come here many times again

Beautiful accommodation in Himarë. You really have everything you need there and within walking distance! We felt at home from the beginning, everything looked like the pictures. We highly recommend the place😊.
