The apartment is located in a quiet and spacious area. It is a first floor with balcony and barbecue. Bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Toilet with bathtub. Equipped kitchen and air conditioning. Quick access (250 meters) to Praia Nova and Praia Srª da Rocha (the latter with a blue flag). There is a restaurant inside the condominium. Several supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The stay does not include access to the existing swimming pools in the condominium.
