The Bird's Nest felt very homey. All the amenities and comforts you have at home, were there. Instructions were laid out very well and communication was great. Very peaceful however it is on a busy road. The creek across the street drowned out the noise and was very calming. I will plan to go back.

This was the peaceful retreat that I needed. I was only in the area 2 days, for a memorial service, so coming ‘home’ to peace and quiet each night was delightful. The cabin had everything I needed and is very cozy. I do recommend arriving at least a couple of hours before dark, at least the first night. I arrived after sunset and it was raining, so I had a few moments of uncertainty at the entry gate to Nature’s Nest. I’m sure all necessary directions were provided in advance (probably spelled out in a bold font), but I’m not terribly good with details 🤣. Nature’s Nest is an affordable adventure, especially for those who love natural beauty.

The cabin was everything we could have asked for! A truly perfect, peaceful retreat after finals for my boyfriend and me. The cabin is so beautiful and cozy, and the hot tub is the cherry on top. Tim was an amazing host, very friendly and easy to get in contact with. My only complaint is that I couldn’t find a pen to sign the guestbook on our way out hahaha. If you’re looking for a peaceful, romantic, and scenic getaway, this is the cabin you’re looking for!

What a beautiful place in the Smokies! I've spent a lot of time in this area and it's always fun to explore new spots. The house was gorgeous, and the kitchen well-stocked with cookware. Thanks for a great home-base for our weekend trip!
