Monthly Rentals in Alagados

I loved my stay, wonderful location, close to everything and close to the city exit which was easy for my travels. Very well organized residence, everything clean and with everything I needed. For those who like silence the noise of the nearby train may disturb a little, but for me it was not an issue and I was able to make the most of my stay. If I go back to Ponta Grossa for sure I will stay at this very place.

I loved the loft, very cozy, clean and tidy, great location, inside very quiet condo. Rodrigo leaves some amenities like coffee, sweetener and others, which makes it easier to arrive. Because we arrived on the holiday day (05/01) and everything closed, the market inside the condominium was a salvation, it has everything that is needed and great prices for the items. I really enjoyed the city we did all the sightseeing tours, very cool. A hug!

The house is clean, smelling, cozy and spacious! The view is simply wonderful! A place of quiet and peace I can't wait to get back to this amazing place! Super recommend!!!

The accommodation is right in front of the UEPG, which made it very easy to walk to the university. Hosting is simple, but it has everything you need, meeting the expectations of my hosting.
