Our villa is centrally located in Alaçatı, 4-6 minutes' walk from the village bazaar, air-conditioned, no parking problems, easy to get around, close to markets (Şok, A101, Migros, Macrocenter). A spacious living room, 3 spacious terraces in the front and back, one bedroom on the 2nd floor with a double bed and a single bed, the other bedroom with a double bed, its own en-suite bathroom and its own terrace. Sunset No:23 Alaçati is one of the few ground-floor houses in Alaçati. Thanks to its special location, the house is like a real oasis: in the middle of the village and yet far away from the noise and the hustle and bustle. As soon as you close the door behind you, peace, and idyll reign. Perfect stay for your short/long term vacation in Cesme with the best location. It’s a 5 min walk to the famous Ilica Beach and 15 min walk to Alacati Town with great restaurants, cafes, nightlife, designer shops! Everything is newly renovated, it’s a very bright house with a lot of sunlight coming in and you will love the relaxing feeling of seeing the private pool and banana trees right in front of the house.
