Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Al Reem Island

Great place to have a quiet weekend with your family and friends.

The villa was spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of 7 people and I would say it easily accommodates 10 people. The neighbourhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful, perfect for a relaxed stay and we had access to their community club, primarily the swimming pool which was clean. On the other hand, it is about a 10–15 minute drive from the main touristic spots in Yas Island. Even though Uber/Careem is easy to order, but it is further away from the spots compared to other residential options. Overall, we had a lovely stay with plenty of room.

We were 4 families traveling together, which included 8 adults and 7 kids. The property was very comfortable to stay for all of us. The interiors of the villa are beautiful and so is the play ground access right behind the villa. The area is quiet and safe, located 10 mins drive from all the parks and Yas mall. Would highly recommend this stay for big family groups.

We had a nice stay in Fadels House. He helped us with everything. There are no Supermarket around but we ordered by Talabat App. It was fantastic. The rooms are very clean and the bed super comfortable. Thank you Fedal for opening your house for us and the other guests. We appreciate it.

We stayed at Karam’s place for 6 weeks, including a few extensions. No issues at all. It is fully furnished and suitable for a family who are touring or waiting for their home to be finished (like us!). It is 5 min drive to theme parks and Yas mall and easy access to highway to Dubai. It is a large but quiet neighbourhood with lots of playgrounds, pools and footpaths. Thank you Karam!

It was perfect place to stay with little ones. They loved the bunker bed and games.

Thoughtfully decorated and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, this space is perfect for both short visits and longer stays. Guests will appreciate the stylish furnishings, practical amenities, and the overall homely feel that makes it easy to relax and unwind.

I had a very comfortable week here. Everything I needed for daily life was fully provided. I could use several gyms and swimming pools anytime I wanted. There’s a large Carrefour just a 1-minute walk away, right inside the apartment complex, which made grocery shopping super convenient. Even better, there’s a liquor store and a cozy pub on-site. And for coffee lovers, there’s a great café—Lora Coffee—right in the complex as well.

Amazing view, responsive host, clean place, what else do you need?

The location is amazing and perfect for my family of 4. It’s in great location to all the parks which made it so flexible. And also with Yas mall being so close we could easily dine out or get takeaway in.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment! Hosted the 6 of us well. Perfect location as it is so close to Yas island, only 5 mins by car. Everything was clean and very aesthetically decorated. Pull-out couch was comfortable! The host is extremely friendly and communicated with us really well. We had an amazing stay and would definitely book again!

The apartment, experience and hosts were perfect. The communication beforehand and friendly reminder on the day before, were very clear and responsive. They kindly arranged for a child high chair for us which helped massively, I don’t think there was anything else we could have needed, we felt at home from the moment we arrived.. which was at 4am, the security guard assisted us taking our bags to the apartment. The location is perfect for exploring Yas Island and the parks, and standard of the apartment and complex is to a very high standard, you feel very safe, the pool is great to have on site and always a lifeguard on hand. I highly recommend the hosts and apartment.

very nice apartment for 4 people. could have done with a hoover or a proper full sweeping brush and pan location for us was excellent as our daughter lives very close. we asked for certain items that were promptly delivered

I am falling short of words to describe how beautiful is this place and home. we were t here for 2 nighits and these became memorable. the lcoation is great, the view is fantastic both day and night. at the waterfront, little beach location. great restaurants under the building. grocery store under too. a mall opposite. easy flow of cabs. we visited ferrari world and warner bros on 2 seperate days. the cab fare was good and saved us money instead of living at yas which was way expensive than the travel to and fro. fully equipped kitchen, washing machine. meticulously decorated home with tiny pieces dipicting the culture and art. must book again. the host kept a surprise gift for us when we arrived which coincidentally had things we had forgotten from home. so very kind of her and also touching on customer delight.

Aya's house is very cozy and modern. very good for couples planning a holiday in Abu Dhabi Aya had made all necessary arrangements and I look forward to coming back again

Shadan is a really nice guy and his place is a lovely apartment on the second floor of a villa. it's clean, and very close to public transportation. it is also not very far from the Corniche area. The check in was very smooth. He left clear instructions on how to check in and even sent a video. Added bonus - I was on my way back to Dubai, and shadan was incidentally going the same day. He gave me a ride in his car. Not many would do it. Great stay, and a good vantage point to explore Abu Dhabi

This was my second stay at Eric's Airbnb in Abu Dhabi. My son was a student at NYUAD, and the location is conveniently close to the NYU campus. My sister had visited a year ago and also stayed here, and we both came for my son's graduation and were very happy to book this same place again. The apartment is clean, spacious and has everything we needed. The bed is very comfortable, and the couch is a comfortable sleeping area also. The view from the balcony is beautiful. It's very quiet and safe. We had access to restaurants and shops nearby, and we weren't far from the city. This time we had a car rental, but getting a taxi is also very accessible. We had a question about the Wifi password, and both Tate and Eric responded quickly and helped us resolve that. All of our communication with both Tate and Eric was incredibly helpful and responsive. If I return to the area, I'd love to stay here again. It was nice to know that this welcoming space would be waiting after a long flight!

It's my second time booking their properties. They are accommodating and very fast in replying regarding concerns. Ver nice place and the guests like their stay in their properties. Thumbs up for the management.

Wow the photos do this apartment no justice. What an impeccable set up, with everything catered for and such a treat to find the table so beautifully set up. Thanks you my daughter had an incredible 12th Birthday celebration. Hajarah you have completely out done yourself and I give you a 6 star!

We had a one day layover going to socotra and arrived in AUH 7am. Fahad was amazing and let us check-in super early. We were able to do a lot after waking up and this made the whole experience worthwhile. House made us feel right at home and even though Fahad was at work, we had no issues with communicating. Definitely recommend. Will happily stay here every time we are in Abu Dhabi. Location is 10 minutes from airport which is a plus. Thanks for hosting us :)
