We had an exceptional stay! Yaqoob was super responsive and super thoughtful with us from start to finish. He had anticipated all our needs, which allowed us to fully enjoy without worrying about anything. The house… just magical. Made a last minute reservation since my flights changed and Ahmed was very accommodating. Was the perfect space to rest and unwind before a long international flight.

The place was as pictured, if not better. Completely private and no issues with any neighbours. It is 25 mins from Muscat and 20-30mins away from some good restaurants in the area. A car is recommended. There is a housekeeper living on site but not inside the main residence. No issues with privacy and anything we needed including housekeeping was done impecably. The host was responsive and checking to see if we needed anything. Overall a fantastic villa and the kids loved it. There are local shops nearby to get groceries and local food and drink shops. All of them were friendly and no issues experienced.

I stayed at Haitham’s apartment for just one night, and it was exactly what I needed — clean, peaceful, and very comfortable. You can tell the space is well looked after, and everything was ready when I arrived. Haitham was also very responsive and kind, which made the whole process easy from start to finish. Even though it was a short stay, it felt smooth and welcoming.
