Rahma is a loving, polite and friendly person. She was welcoming and helpful, always ready to help. Her apartment matches its description, and is warm and homy. I felt peaceful and safe. The area is perfect. Next to a stunning beach, with a beautiful sunrise. This is a family area, full of teenagers and kids, lots of restaurants and cafes, as well as markets (including some open until late hours), pharmacies and banks. Very near to the iconic Sidi Bou Said and the touristic area of Gammarth. I look forward to staying at this place again.

well located, well equipped and very spacious home. Parking is an essential advantage for the situation. The neighborhood is touristy, very busy. On the other hand, the place can be a little noisy especially since the apartment is located on the 1st floor. But it's a small disadvantage to enjoying the view. We will be back!

The place is beautiful. I love the style with stones and beige marble everywhere. Perfectly equipped. At night you can hear the road a little in 2 of the bedrooms because they are on the road side (it is not a very busy road however). The master bedroom (with ensuite bathroom) is quieter because on the harbor side. The rest of the accommodation is very quiet. The location is great, in a clean and quiet area of Tunis. Hedia welcomed us very warmly and made himself available even at 5am for our departure! We felt really good in this place. We would make the same choice again without hesitating!

It's a shame you only exchanged by message. We regretted the lack of an electric kettle and tea towels. We reported it but were unsuccessful. Each room is missing at least one chair . Otherwise it was very good.

We had an unforgettable stay with the family in this superb authentic, typically Tunisian house, by the sea. The space is vast, ideal for children, and the garden, both sea and pool side, is a real asset! The house is perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated, it feels at home. The proximity to the beach and the sea view have made this vacation a real paradise. For food lovers, everything is planned to treat your loved ones (wood-fired oven, barbecue, artisanal terracotta bread oven and a fully equipped kitchen). The kids took full advantage of the space and garden to play basketball and rollerblading. Thank you to our host Mohamed and his assistant present on site for his warm welcome and availability. We will come back without hesitation!

Mahdi’s place was a home away from home! We booked the studio too! It was sparkling clean and had everything you need during your stay as a family. Safa welcomed us when we arrived and left us with some water, bread, cakes and other stuff for breakfast :) she showed us around both of the properties and recommended some great places to eat and visit. She was super responsive on whats app and kept in touch during our stay! The kids enjoyed the apartment and sidi bou said! Our apartment was a 2 min walk to the busy street with the shops and food spots. The popular cafe des delices was a 4-5 min walk and walking down to the beach took about 20 mins. The location was perfect and it was a safe neighbourhood. I even made some cat friends and left them bowls of water outside :) thank you to Mahdi for letting us check out later since we had a night flight! I would love to visit again :)

This was a cute AirBNB to stay in. The value was hard to beat considering how close it was to the beach, restaurants, and shops in La Marsa! The apartment had traditional Tunisian vibes/decor. The hostesses were very attentive and quick to respond. Check in and checkout was easy and painless. Felt very secure as well. Would recommend staying here for your future La Marsa travel needs!

Great walkable spot to parks and restaurants and less than a 20 minute walk to the beach. The place was really nice!

we had a great stay at this lower villa with garden with your feet in the water! a beautiful and peaceful residential area à la marsa. the house is very spacious and well decorated. everything was perfectly clean. 100% recommend!

Nice well furnished place right at the doorstep of Sidi Bou Said beach. Seif was a helpful and friendly host. To beae in mind if no car, an uphill walk to the nearest amenities including restaurants/supermarket. Overall great stay!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, cozy, and in a great location (Close to great beaches, restaurants...). The host Wissem was super helpful and responsive.

Hichem was a very helpful and welcoming host, perfect communication, we were there to welcome and show the place when we arrived, I really appreciate the willingness to accommodate the check-in and checkout time and adapt it to our needs. The place was clean, smelled good. The wifi worked smoothly, and the ability to connect to Netflix was also great. Location a little further from the store, but very quiet in the evening. The only downside was that the patio had a broken umbrella, which was a shame on sunny days, I would also equip the kitchen with more things (knives, a cutting board, a larger bowl, a spoon, and detergents) for a longer stay and the need to cook was a little lacking. I would add a mat and hair dryer to the bathroom. But otherwise, I rate the place really positively, and if I were to come back to this place again, feel free to go back to Hichem.

I can really recommend this place, its a great apartment, near the beautiful beach and shops, bars and restaurants. Its nice and quiet and where you can relax!

Nice welcome, efficient communication, flexible as to arrival time, simple and efficient check-in, always available to provide us with the necessities (example: toilet paper, etc.). I will definitely take over this accommodation in the future.

I had a very good stay in the apartment. Communication was very seamless. Mo's mom also cooked me several Tunisian dishes and obviously delicious! The room is spacious, clean, well equipped. The garden is beautiful with fruit trees and jasmine. The neighborhood is quiet. You can find a first grocery store within 10 minutes, and taxis quickly on the road to Carthage. I highly recommend this host.
