The maisonette enfolds about 40 sq on two floors,a balcony on the first floor and a 15 sq roof terrace on the top. TV, satellite, DVD player and free WiFi are offered. The ground floor includes kitchen corner full equipped with a small sitting-area , a big wardrobe and the bath room. On the first floor is the bedroom with a romantic balcony . A small wooden stairs leads to the roof terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the old ,the new city of Rhodes and the harbor of the island. Just a few meters away is a place for free parking, a mini market and public playground as well many traditional Greek Taverns and International restaurants, cafes and other entertainment places , museums etc. Also you can go on daily trips to other Dodecanese islands or to one of the beaches on Rhodes island. We have prepared our apartment, which is parallel to the main street in a central location in Akyaka, for you to experience a quiet, peaceful and clean environment as a family. Our house is a 10-minute walk to the sea, where you will wake up to a green day with orange and lemon trees in the garden, where you will have all the items that should be in a house. The 2-storey building has a garden or 1st You can stay in the apartment you want on the floor according to availability. Our houses are the same in terms of furniture and the garden floor ceiling height is 20 cm low.
