Holiday rentals with a patio in Akyaka

Big and clean apartment on the top floor, private neighbourhood, 2 balconies with a great view, we enjoyed our stay here!

The location of the house was very good, it was within walking distance to everywhere in Marmaris. Mr. Gökhan responded quickly to the questions and allowed us to check in early. The furniture in the house was a bit old, but it was in usable condition. Only the laundry wire needs to be changed. It's a good place in terms of price/performance. You can stay safely.

Great host. Keys in lockbox for easy access. Left in peace. The place was very clean with AC in all rooms. Kitchen provided with everything needed to cook.

The location of the house was perfect. The minibus line between Fethiye and Ölüdeniz runs through the street in front of the house. It has a service every 10-15 minutes. You will not have any problems with transportation. You can reach Ölüdeniz or Kayaköy by minibus in 15-20 minutes. Dining on the balcony of the house was very enjoyable. We had a nice week with my wife. Thank you to Ms. Pelin and her family for their hospitality.

The house was really clean, as we saw in the photos, everywhere smelled good, including the sheets and towels, and since we had children, he paid extra attention, he always communicated with me in a kind and polite way, he made suggestions for our needs and the city location, I thank him for the great hospitality, the cleanliness, the view was already great, nothing bad to say, we were very pleased, I recommend it to those who will stay

First of all, we are very satisfied with Mr. Can's friendly and sincere behavior. The location of the house was very good ambiance and cleanliness. The pool and greenery in the garden make for a very pleasant experience. The kitchen has all the necessary supplies. When I come back to Selimiye, this will definitely be the place to stay.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The checkin process was simple and well-communicated. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described if not better. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local tips and making sure I had everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and all the little touches made it feel like a home away from home.

The house was as shown in the pictures. The city is quickly reached by car and many different beaches can be easily visited by car. The host is very friendly and always responded quickly to questions. I can definitely recommend the house.

This home and the host were amazing. The home has so much character. I wished I could take it with me. The host responded quickly and offered guidance on an array of our requests. I feel so lucky that we got to stay here. Clean, everything was operational, not one thing could be improved on.

The villa is 20 min far by car from Fethiye The description matched with the reality The host is always ready to answer to any request at any time. It was a very pleasant house. It was just 2 nights in the other apartments while we stayed, it was very comfortable. Since we are off-season, there is construction in the area, you are subject to their noises when you are at home. There are very good restaurants in a pleasant area of Sogut, we had a very, very nice 5 days as of the season, thank you very much.

We felt in the comfort of our home. The house was clean and tidy. They met what we wanted instantly, we did not have any difficulties in communication. It was a peaceful house in the village with the smell of lemon blossom. Greetings to brother Bayram and his wife, the parents of our hosts. Very warm, helpful people. The house is in the middle of Dalyan and Sarigerme. I recommend it..

Bleantia and her family are super hosts who welcomed us personally, provided us with coffee and cake and on the day of departure we were able to stay until 3 p.m. Even it was 💙 nice, thank you that our vacation was sweetened with it.

Hakki was the perfect host, very responsive and quick to help with any questions. The property was in a great location and felt very safe for our family. Turunc itself was very pretty and bit off the tourist path and felt very authentic. Great market open on a Monday just five minutes walk away. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spacious property. Absolutely fabulous stay, apartment was extremely clean, everything was the same as photos, host was there to meet us, very friendly and helpful host, I would not hesitate to stay again and would recommend to anyone. Within easy walking distance to Rhodes Old Town and New Town, nice cafes nearby.

Literally very good. It's like you've gone to a friend as a guest. She was immediately solution-oriented and resolved that I wrote for a few needs of the hotel owner so beautiful and helpful. Max 8 minutes to the bus station in terms of location. It is driven by car. We spent 5 days in George and Cecilie’s apartment and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The apartment is great. Very good location, close to the local bakeries, cafes, small shops and restaurants. It’s just a walking distance from the old city of Rhodes. The apartment is also very well equipped and clean. Also, the owners are flexible, hospitable and brilliant communicators. I would highly recommend the place!

Wolfgang &Yakup have both been extremely helpful. the location of the apartment is ideal, taxi button right outside complex, to take you into hisiranou or Fethiye. Small local shop in 5 min walk for your essentials. Apartment very clean sofas and beds very comfortable Will definitely be booking again. 🧿🪬☀️🥰
