In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Stallet

The small stable that is from the 1600s has been converted into a small guest apartment. There is no running water here, but there is an old-fashioned charming little kitchen with modern equipment. The toilet consists of a modern incineration toilet. A shower with hot water is available in an adjacent building. The farm is located in a quiet ancient village surrounded by forest and arable land, but with idyllic Mariefred and Gripsholm Castle around the corner. On the farm, you get along with dogs, cats, chickens and beehives.

Bedroom, heated sauna by the sea

My guest house consists of a bedroom and a wood-burning sauna. Lovely balcony and outdoor shower. In the 15 sqm cottage there is a toilet, sink, fridge, microwave, porcelain, coffee press and kettle for easier cooking. On the deck, there is a gas grill. Wonderful waterfront views. Sun all day and magical sunsets. Suitable for two people, and if you appreciate sauna and swimming, this will be perfect. Located on the island of Tranholmen, where you can go by ferry 80 from Ropsten, 1/11-15/4 via footbridge from Stocksund.

Walk to Taxinge Castle ("the tile castle") in just under 2 km – a popular destination with a café and beautiful surroundings.

Blombacka is adjacent to the mushroom forests and it takes 15 minutes to walk to a nice beach. 15-minute walk to ICA grocery store. Parking next to the house. No WiFi. Shower, toilet, fully equipped kitchen incl. fridge and freezer included. If there are more than two of you, there is an extra, cozy room with a 120-bed that can be booked for SEK 200/night.

Tha accomodation is situated above a country flowershop that is open 10-17. The home has one bedroom, toilet and shower, kitchen and living room with an open floor plan and sleeping area. Dining area and sofa in living room. TV with Chromecast. Simple kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hotplate, oven, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Own patio and parking at the house. 300 m to public transport. Bedroom with a 160 cm double bed. Sleeping area in living room three 90 cm beds.

Villa Kruthuset is a newly built holiday home (2023+2026) with a personal touch and a unique, secluded location for meetings and gatherings. Located in the outer archipelago and Femöre nature reserve with the possibility of both an active stay and time for recovery. Enjoy a sauna, kayak tour or cook together. Minihus i Mariefred

A simple little house where you can sleep and prepare basic meals while enjoying everything that Mariefred has to offer. The house is only 15 sqm, so it’s small but cozy. There is a bed that is 140 cm wide, a small writing desk with a chair, and a small table with two stools. There is a TV with Netflix, Telia Play, and Disney+. There is also a small kitchenette with two hotplates and a portable fan. Parking is available on the street outside or elsewhere nearby.
