In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Ringsö - Mälaren Archipelago

Only 90 minutes from Stockholm! Welcome to our paradise on Ringsö in Lake Mälaren's archipelago. Ringsö is a car-free island that you can get to with your own boat. Nature and water are right outside the door. It is not uncommon to see hares, deer and sometimes moose along the walks on the island. Take a refreshing swim on one of the island's beaches (about a 3-minute walk to the beach from the house) or try your luck fishing at one of the island's jetties. Cook dinner at our outdoor kitchen with barbecue and end the day on the patio at sunset.

Room in a courtyard house in a cosy inner courtyard in central Mariefred, with a lake view over Lake Mälaren. The house is adjacent to Kakelmakargården from the late 1700s. The room has a double bed that can easily be separated into two single beds, as well as a sleeping loft with a single bed, best for children. Free parking with charging facilities close to the house. A short walk to restaurants and shops. About 500 metres to Gripsholm Castle, 300 metres to Tucholsky's grave, 200 metres to the swimming jetty.

Within the same distance, you also have access to the small town's harbor with a few restaurants to choose from. Tha accomodation is situated above a country flowershop that is open 10-17. The home has one bedroom, toilet and shower, kitchen and living room with an open floor plan and sleeping area. Dining area and sofa in living room. TV with Chromecast. Simple kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hotplate, oven, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Own patio and parking at the house. 300 m to public transport. Bedroom with a 160 cm double bed. Sleeping area in living room three 90 cm beds.

Stallet

Det lilla stallet som är från 1600 har omvandlats till en petit gästlägenhet. Här finns inte rinnande vatten men väl ett gammeldags charmigt litet kök med modern utrustning. Toaletten består av en modern förbränningstoalett. Dusch med varmvatten finns tillgängligt i en intilliggande byggnad. Gården ligger i en lugn ålderdomlig by omgiven av skog och åkermark, men med idylliska Mariefred och Gripsholms slott runt hörnet. På gården samsas man med hundar, katter, höns, ankor och bikupor.

Villa Kruthuset is a newly built holiday home (2023+2026) with a personal touch and a unique, secluded location for meetings and gatherings. Located in the outer archipelago and Femöre nature reserve with the possibility of both an active stay and time for recovery. Enjoy a sauna, kayak tour or cook together. There's plenty of space for socialising and lovely dinners, as well as the option to close the door behind you (9 bedrooms - 10 beds, including bed linen and towels).

Spacious house 1 h from Stockholm

The newly renovated house from mid 19th century is located 12 km north of Malmköping. A medium sized lake for swimming and fishing is available 500 mtrs from the house. Rowing boat is available. There are a variety of nice places to visit and sightseeing nearby such as Gripsholm with the historic castle dating back to the 16th century. Moose, deer and other wild animals are abundant in the forests as well as blueberries, cranberries and mushrooms. Stockholm is 80 km away.

Minihus i Mariefred

A simple little house where you can sleep and prepare basic meals while enjoying everything that Mariefred has to offer. The house is only 15 sqm, so it’s small but cozy. There is a bed that is 140 cm wide, a small writing desk with a chair, and a small table with two stools. There is a TV with Netflix, Telia Play, and Disney+. There is also a small kitchenette with two hotplates and a portable fan. Parking is available on the street outside or elsewhere nearby.
