The small stable, which dates back to the 1600s, has been converted into a petite guest apartment. There is no running water here, but there is a charming, old-fashioned little kitchen with modern appliances. The toilet consists of a modern combustion toilet. A shower with hot water is available in an adjacent building. The farm is located in a quiet, old-fashioned village surrounded by forest and farmland, but with the idyllic Mariefred and Gripsholm castles just around the corner. On the farm, you get along with dogs, cats, chickens, ducks and beehives.

Nice house with large living room and kitchen with open fire, bathroom and 4 bedrooms. Perfect both in summer and winter. There are extra mattresses as well as a guesthouse and sauna building with extra shower and toilet. Fiber is available that allows it is also a great fit to work from here. Close to nature plot with grass lawn for summer activities. About 150m to the dock, a motor boat for fishing and swimming, and a kayak for 2 people. Lovely 4.5 km running loop around Björsund. Large terrace with barbecue and ping pong table.

The house has had the privilege of being included in the popular history and building conservation program on TV, SVT "Det sitter i väggarna" in the fall of 2023.
