Alue on rauhallinen ja terassilla aurinko paistaa läpi päivän, sauna lämmittää iltaisin. Mukavuutta lisää ilmalämpöpumppu joka tuo tarpeen mukaan sekä viileyttä että lämpöä. Ylläs Mukka on tunnelmallinen parimökin puolikas (49 + 6 m2) hyvien kulkuyhteyksien päässä. Avonainen olohuone-keittiötila mahdollistaa yhdessäolon takkatulen äärellä.
