Guanajuato is a charming studio in the heart of Ajijic. Note that due to low ceilings the suite is not suitable for tall people and that the bed is double-sized and may feel a bit small for two adults sharing. Only two blocks from the main square at the San Andres church, and two blocks from the lake Chapala boardwalk it is a brief walk to numerous restaurants, galleries, various kinds of shopping and more. As a guesthouse we have housekeeper with onsite presence Monday through Saturday.

The best spot in Axixic, just a couple of steps to EVERYWHERE!!! Restaurants, Boutiques, Bars are all around you, only 3 blocks from the main square and all the delicious Mexican food. From your Studio door to the malecón you are literally around the corner, don't forget to enjoy the sunset! At El Charal studio you can enjoy your favorite series on the flat screen TV while laying on the bed....Axixic Resting Mode... You have a full bathroom, with a walking shower.

Enjoy the pure life in Ajijic. Decorated in the Mexican style, the design and rustic ornaments that set the house create an authentic atmosphere of a magical village. Its covered garage and large garden are the extra that attracts the guest for a safe and pleasant stay. A few meters away is the famous restaurant "Casa Linda" as well as a mini supermarket, pharmacy, fishmonger and butcher. This beautiful house is located a few minutes from the square and pier.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located a few steps from the central square of the magical village of Ajijic, the heart of cultural, gastronomic and recreational activity. This bright space has a bedroom area, bathroom, a small kitchen with a coffee maker, stove and refrigerator as well as basic kitchen utensils. It has a large garden within the common areas to enjoy a good coffee. Ideal space for a couple of people.

Casa Con Comfortable

You’ll have use of our palapa and heated pool, and we have great restaurants nearby. Villa Nova is a lovely neighborhood west of the village. Our friendly dogs, Chaquita and Rosie, will want a hello, but you can close the gated garden area for privacy. You will have a refrigerator, hot plate, coffee pot, microwave, dishes, and grill. No children under 12, please, because of the pool. The suite is perfect for 1 to 4 people, not any more than 4.

Loft-style suite, on the ground floor. ADULTS ONLY. Cozy all-in-one room, excellent for resting and getting to know the Ribera de Chapala area. King size bed, sofa room, work area, kitchenette with basic cooking utensils. TV Internet. Full bathroom and closet. Common garden area and terrace with a heated pool. Adults only. We do not have indoor parking. Cars can park on the main street outside the property.
