Very clean and perfect place for us to stay one night with 5 people. The checkin was very easy and everything that we needed was provided.

Gil welcomed us with great kindness and care. She is a very nice and friendly person. The house is beautiful, perfectly clean, nothing to repeat. The view of the mountain on the garden side is superb, with a beautiful pool and a very well appointed barbecue area. I highly recommend this place, you can go there without a second thought!

It was very comfortable and convenient. Located in a peaceful neighborhood close to the lake. The host, Eli, was very considerate, kind, and always willing to help. I would definitely love to come again.

A very large and beautiful house with a terrace with amazing views over the valley. Thomas is very responsive to the slightest question. A nice attention was waiting for us when we arrived. A few games are available for adults while children have a lot of opportunities to entertain themselves. We were all able to enjoy the hot tub, some brave people tried the pool despite its rather cool temperature at the beginning of the season. We recommend!

Wonderful and comfortable house in a beautiful and peaceful surrounding, with an amazing host. Particularly recommended for families with kids. Location: Serene and beautiful surroundings, inside a private compound in the hills of Chambéry, while still being within walking distance from the center. Lots of privacy, with no direct views of any houses. Ideal for someone trying to escape the hustle and bustle of the city center. House and Amenities: Beautiful architect-designed house (just like in the pictures) with new and comfortable amenities. Very well equipped for long stays, with everything you need for cooking, washing, etc. Host: Brigitte was an amazing host, welcoming us on the first day and remaining extremely available and responsive to all questions and needs we had. She was sweet and caring, and genuinely concerned about our well-being and enjoyment of our vacation. Truly our home away from home. The most deserved 5-star review I've done in a while.

We had a lovely time at Xavier and his family's house. We really enjoyed the house, the pool, the terrace and the garden, all as described and the photos. The house is particularly welcoming and tastefully decorated. Our hosts were very accommodating and friendly. We were able to enjoy the vegetables grown in their vegetable garden and the cats stayed on site made the kids happy. Our hosts were generous with advice about the area. We particularly enjoyed the walks and hikes and the lakes nearby.

We were on a family holiday with a mixture of adults and kids and babies. Cecile’s place was great for our holiday. It is very well located, it was a 5min walk to a small group of shops that had restaurants and a beautiful patisserie, 5min walk to a supermarket, 5min walk to restaurants on the lake, 5min walk to multiple bustops and a bus top right outside but most importantly only 5min walk to the beach and is a lovely walk through a reserve. The old town is also walking distance about 30min along a beautiful lake front promenade. The house itself is spacious with a large living area in open plan and a balcony. It also has a large backyard which our kids loved playing in. The only downside for us would be that the upstairs bedrooms were rather warm while we were there but we still all slept well and it probably wasn’t appropriate for under 5 year olds with various ornaments and 3 levels of stairs. Thank you Cecile, our family will have great memories of our stay in Annecy.

Excellent spot for a large group! Lots of cozy space for hanging out and all the amenities for cooking large meals. It’s quite remote so difficult to get to if you don’t have a car, but there’s small cute bakery for bread.

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

Nice surprise to discover this spacious house close to the lake, surrounded by tall trees, in a quiet area. Nothing was missing to spend our stay with the family. Everything is within walking distance and nearby bus stop to get to Annecy in 30'. Very convenient and safe outdoor amenities for the kids. We recommend an early awakening, a walk along the lake, go up to the bakery "my father's furnace", take the time for a small cafe at the old port and bring the croissants to the family who wakes up gently...

We had the fortune to stay the entire month of July and it was the vacation of a lifetime. Location is perfect with lots of things to do around the lake(biking,swimming,hiking,local food markets) and loads of fun day trips (Chamonix,Chambéry,Sixt-fer-a-cheval, Geneve, Lyon ). The house is well equipped for families, very comfortable, and the views are breathtaking . We enjoyed many evenings on the deck with a nice breeze, just admiring the gorgeous views of lake and mountains. Michel was easy to communicate with and very responsive to all inquiries. Highly recommend for a special family holiday

We had a wonderful stay at this house nestled in the beautiful French Alps. The host was extremely helpful and made everything easy, from the check-in process to providing assistance during our stay. The house is equipped with everything needed for those who love cooking, including grilling utensils that we thoroughly enjoyed using. The wide range of pool accessories was a very nice touch, allowing us to relax and have fun outdoors. The garden is spacious and well-maintained, perfect for enjoying the alpine scenery in complete tranquility. It was a relaxing and refreshing stay, and we would gladly return in the future. Thanks again for the hospitality!

We recommend this listing for a quiet vacation! This accommodation is very well equipped: swimming pool, jacuzzi, ping-pong table, foosball, pool buoy, board games, plancha, bbq etc. Communication with Pierre-Yves and Huguette was easy and they sent us several explanatory videos on: arrival, use of the accommodation's amenities... etc. Which was very much appreciated! The welcome (but also the departure) is very warm: breakfast and drinks for the first aperitif were waiting for us upon arrival. We also needed a 2nd baby bed, and Pierre-Yves and Huguette made sure to provide us with one. Thank you! We had to move our departure forward and our hosts kindly made themselves available to be present.

Feedback We were here on a family vacation (with 2 children and grandma) and were totally thrilled! The house has a great location with a fantastic view of the lake, which can be reached in no time by car or bike. The furnishings are very tasteful and nothing is missing. Especially the kids were nonstop in the pool, which is a real highlight. And also the communication worked smoothly and Sylvie was super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended!

The accommodation is very comfortable , and despite the weather we had a lovely stay . Very quiet and peaceful place . Our host was very responsive , pleasant and always available . Do it again in summer to fully enjoy the beautiful exterior .

We had a great Easter weekend in Max's beautiful home that we couldn't meet but very responsive to my questions which is really appreciated. We were lucky enough to have 2 days of sunshine, so an aperitif on the large terrace with mountain views, a real joy! In the house, the great room is very friendly, an island to cook it allows you to be all together 🥰 Finally, do not hesitate, if you like the mountains, a quiet house.

Good experience we had a great EVJF , the accommodation is easy to access and very clean! However, a bedroom was missing a light bulb and maybe add hand soap and shower gel?! Otherwise everything was perfect, thank you for the fluidity of the exchange and for the welcome!
