Enjoy a stylish, bright and central 60 m2 accommodation with a 20 m2 outdoor terrace. Completely renovated, it is comfortable and in a good location. It consists of a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a 140 x 200 sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker... The city center, its shops and restaurants are within walking distance in less than 10 minutes Train station is a 10-minute walk away. The highway exit is a 3-minute drive.

You will enjoy the surrounding countryside, the river and its beaches in summer as well as the pool, garden and terrace. A perfect place to disconnect. Between the Garonne and the Canal, close to historical and tourist sites and a stone's throw from the Bordeaux vineyards, there are many choices for walks. It is important to know that we live with our 4 cats who occupy the premises!
