Together, the villa and guesthouse harmoniously share the same grounds, creating a dreamlike holiday haven.

You'll love this unique, romantic or family escape. Our refurbished stone tiny house has loads of character, it's located next to the famous castel of Guadalest & the moutain views from the plot are breathtaking. Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.

Casa Verde 4P guesthouse with private heated pool

Casa Verde Guesthouse is a spacious and luxurious 4-person accommodation with a private heated swimming pool. Around the pool, you will find the cool veranda with a ten-person dining table, plus the outdoor kitchen with a BBQ, sunbeds, and a cosy lounge set. Casa Verde is a large house with two separate floors. The guesthouse has its own entrance. The owners inhabit the top floor of the house. The owners do not use all the facilities offered at the guesthouse during your stay.

The main residence has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4) and a separate guesthouse with 2 additional beds – perfect for friends or family who want a bit more privacy. The garden with seating, terrace and private pool offers plenty of peace and quiet. Moraira and Jávea are 10 to 15 minutes by car.
