IMPORTANT: Duplex accommodation with a bathroom and toilet on the ground floor. For reasons of comfort and safety, it is more suitable for adults and children over 4 years of age who are already independent (no childcare equipment) or for 2 couples. Linens and towels are provided. Housekeeping is to be done before leaving, for this products and equipment are provided. Insurance: provide a holiday insurance certificate. Nestled in a green setting on the heights of the Bridoire, we will be happy to welcome you to this beautiful new T2, single-story, with private garden and offering views of the forest and Biscuit and Iris, our donkeys, regularly present in the park. Within walking distance you will find a bakery, a tobacco shop, a pharmacy and a shopping area within 10 minutes by car. You can enjoy activities (canyoning, GR9 hikes, fishing, sailing, etc.)

Waterfront

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

Gîte de France – Novalaise Village Cottage

Completely renovated townhouse in the heart of Novalaise, a pleasant village with all shops and local services. Located in the heart of the Avant-Pays-Savoyard, 5 km from Lake Aiguebelette. The preserved natural setting offers the calm and sweetness of country life: all nature recreation activities are possible (hiking, swimming, paragliding, mountain biking...) Close to junction 12 of the A43, highway leading to the Savoie ski resorts.

The Crakenne House

Our house is located in the heart of Novalaise. Enjoy its large terrace with views of the mountains, and its tastefully furnished interior. All shops are 2 steps away, as well as the market on Sunday and Wednesday mornings. It is in a preserved setting that you can enjoy Lake Aiguebelette (swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding...) as well as La Chaine de L'Épine (cycling, hiking...) Ideally located (1 hour from Lyon, Grenoble, Geneva).

Enjoy a stay with friends or family in our spacious 200 m² stone house, which can accommodate up to 12 people. Completely renovated, it offers a large 3,000 m² garden with a swimming pool (available in summer), stunning views, and a welcoming atmosphere. Perfect for families and friends, enjoy the calm and nature close to lots of things to do and enjoy. Well equipped for children, it offers all the comforts for a memorable stay.

We are located on the heights of a Savoyard village, on the Chemin de Compostelle, 5 minutes from the highway, 50 minutes from Lyon, 20 minutes from Chambéry and 40 minutes from Annecy. We are at the gates of the Chartreuse mountain range and not far from Lake Aiguebelette.
